Dan was flanked by two women. Sofia thought they had short legs.

Fury rose in Sofia’s chest. She marched forward and flipped the low table in front of Dan. The table was loaded
with drinks, fruits, and snacks.
Everything happened so quickly. With a loud crash, the people on the couch barely had tto avoid being
splashed with drinks and food.
The room, once filled with noise, suddenly becsilent, with just the music playing. Everyone's gaze turned to

After a moment, someone realized what was happening and shouted, “Hey, who's this mad person causing
trouble?” The man yelled, but Sofia didn’t even look at him.
Filled with fierce anger, she lifted her foot and aimed a kick at Dan.
The man who yelled at Sofia made another exclamation and saw the scene unfold, and everyone's eyes in the
room were intently focused.
Dan was quite skilled, but with a woman on each side, he couldn't dodge in time. Sofia’s kick landed squarely on
his stomach.
Dan groaned. The two women with him realized what was happening and hurriedly ran away. But in a blink, Sofia
jumped over the table and charged directly at Dan.
At that moment, Sofia was certain that Dan had approached her with a purpose back then. She thought, ‘If he
was going to deceive, he should've just aimed for money. But playing with my emotions. Damn!‘
The more Sofia thought about it, the angrier she became, and she landed several punches on Dan before he
could react.
Everyone around was too shocked to respond. By the tthey thought to step in, Dan had already caught
Sofia’s next punch.
In the next moment, Sofia swung her other fist even harder. It struck the other side of Dan’s face. Sofia was livid,
practically going all out against Dan.
Dan's face was knocked to the side, and when he turned back to look at Sofia, there was anger in his eyes too.
“Damn it, get that woman for me,” a man’s voice erupted from the crowd. This wasn’t just causing trouble; it
was like stirring up a hornet’s nest.
Dan attended the event tonight at someone's invitation, it was a social obligation. Seeing the chaos, the host
almost had a stroke on the spot.
Sofia acted like she didn’t hear anything, hitting Dan while shouting. “Do you dare to steal anything? If you're
going to steal, do it openly. Why frme? You jerk, can’t even admit it, can you?”
Being honest was Sofia’s principle, and Dan crossing that line was unforgivable to her. Whether he was once her
beloved or not, if love's gone, beat them senseless.
