Chapter 807 Give It Some Thought
Alec didn't argue against that. He nodded and said, "Yes, even if I lose my memory, I will
fall in love with you again."
Jenny opened her mouth, but no words came out of it.
"Isn't it true? Haven't you noticed that even though I lost my memory, I still paid more
attention to you than others? I still cared about the other men around you and felt
unhappy about them." Alec sighed. Even he had to admit that he was bound to Jenny by
fate.
Jenny felt a pang in her heart. Perhaps she believed him, or perhaps she felt that Alec was
making excuses. Looking at him, she said, "There's no point in saying all these now. After
all, you have a girlfriend.'
"Blake and I are just in a business relationship.’ Alec knew she misunderstood, so he

"A business relationship?" Jenny sneered at the thought. She was not a young child who
was easily deceived.
Sighing, Alec told Jenny everything—from the moment he was awakened by Blake to their
collaboration and the development of their relationship.
Jenny, however, seemed mildly surprised. "So, you got in a relationship with Blake just to
take over the Faust family?"
"Yes." That was Alec's truth.
Jenny laughed, asking, "Is that the only way you can win the Fausts over? Is faking a
relationship with Blake the only method you could employ? If that's the case, you are not
the Alec I know.’
Alec had always been confident in his abilities. Did he need to work with Blake in such a
way? So what if Blake was the daughter of the Watkins? Did she have any say in the
family? Perhaps the only reason she had some say now was that she was together with
Alec. After all, the Watkins also wanted to support a Faust successor. Unfortunately, Alec
didn't understand that.
"Alec, it's not wrong for you to work with the Watkins," Jenny said." However, you must
choose the right way. Did you really need to work with Blake like that? I don't think so. If
you offered them enough benefits and incentives, the Watkins would have cooperated
with you even without Blake in the equation."
In an instant, Alec figured everything out. He knew it all along, but perhaps he had lost
some confidence in himself, or perhaps because Jenny suddenly became the daughter of
the Walters, he became a bit impatient and resorted to those means.
Jenny made him understand that his choice to work with Blake was wrong.
When he was silent, Jenny stood up and said, "Give it some thought."
She got ready to leave. After all, she was the main character of the event, so she couldn't

Standing up to face Jenny, he asked, "Jenny, can you give me another chance after Blake
and I break up?"
He no longer hoped to be with Jenny after his breakup; he just wanted a chance.
Jenny pushed Alec's hand away and said, "Alec, I have given you countless chances. Have
you cherished them?"
"Jenny..."
"Even if I give you another chance, who can guarantee there won’t be a next time? How
many more chances do you want?" She looked at him, feeling exhausted.
Alec couldn't say anything as he found himself despicable too.
"Alec, I'm tired. Let's leave it at that."
With that, she rose from her seat and strode out of the lounge, her gaze fixed firmly
ahead, never once glancing back.
