Everything else in this world was made of scarlet fire; nothing was ever authentic.

However, at that point, it seemed as if all the tangible materials and spaces were real.

The fishes in the river, birds in the sky, and all kinds of beasts running on the ground appeared to be real living things, breathing

and making sounds.

Even when Austin stepped into this fantastic world, those birds and beasts made up of flames stared at him with their eyes full of

spiritual energy.

It appeared as if his presence had disturbed their peaceful life.

All of them halted for a moment, and indignantly stared at him. "What?!"

Austin suddenly exclaimed.

He was utterly shocked to find that nine suns actually shone brightly in that world.

Each one of them emitted horrifying golden light that was surely blinding.

The nine suns were lined up, rising slowly from the east and then setting on the west. It repeatedly showcased that process,

looking like massive balls of fire dancing on the horizon.

When all of them rose to the center of the sky at the stime, the temperature of the flworld reached its acme.

Austin guessed that even a great cultivator at the Immortal Transforming Realm would be burnt to ashes if he decided to enter this

flworld right now.

However, in his case, he was safe under the protection of the Fire Stela.

"Nine suns..."

Austin muttered as he stared at the nine suns moving slowly in the sky, feeling a sense of familiarity somehow.

‘Isit..."

A thought suddenly flickered in his head.

At this time, the Fire Stela flying above his head charged towards a palace in the distance.

In a blink of an eye, it reached the palace, which was the highest point in that place.

Truthfully, Austin could get in and out of that world unscathed because of the Fire Stela and its protection.

Who knew what terrible thing he would encounter had he left the Fire Stela behind?

Perhaps the next moment, he would be surrounded by the horrible heat wave and eventually turn into nothing but ashes.

So, when the Fire Stela rushed out to the palace, Austin was startled.

Using his bodily movement skill, he quickly moved to follow it closely, also rushing into the palace.

Meanwhile, inside the massive and grand palace, an enormous chair was erected.

It was made of red flames, standing tall in the center of the palace.

On it was a huge stone statue whose vivid imagery was not of a real person.

This stone statue sat silently on a scarlet chair. It had a pair of eyes that pierced through the palace and looked into the distance.

A look of sorrow and depression flashed on his face.

It looked as if he was trying to reminisce the past--seemingly a harrowing one at that.

However, just as the Fire Stela rushed into the palace, the stone statue's mouth unexpectedly twisted in a slight smile.

It was like a smile of recognition between friends who hadn't seen each other for a long time.

Bang!

Suddenly, the Fire Stela shone with a bright golden light, like a dazzling sun. It rushed to the stone statue, surrounded it in several

circles, and then quietly floated above the stone statue's head.

Behind the Fire Stela was Austin, who witnessed the ostensibly active fire circling.

"Sir!"

Austin was both surprised and pleased as he looked at the huge stone statue.

He had seen this face twice before.

The first twas back in the Evil Valley, which was located in the Cloud Empire in the East Mainland.

There were five ancient people in the dark palace of the Evil Valley, and one of them was the sman the stone statue in front of

him resembled.

The second twas in the huge palace in the ancient city outside the Immortal End World.

There were five leaders of the ancient city, and one of them was the highly resembled the stone before him.

Now, Austin was absolutely certain that the dignified middle-aged man in front of him was the Lord of Flaming Sun.

He was the well-known immortal king of the Immortal End World in the ancient era!

This man was the former owner of the Golden Sun Scripture and the Fire Stela! No wonder the Fire Stela appeared so close to him.

Austin went straight to the stone statue and bowed deeply.

"I'm Austin Lin. It is an honor to meet you, sir!

| am so grateful to acquire all the treasures you have left behind. They are very valuable and of great help in my cultivation. | will

never forget it, sir!"

Austin's voice was filled with the utmost respect for the man.

The Lord of Flaming Sun was indeed the greatest master for him.

This was highly evident from the way he paid respect to him--bowing and formally expressing his gratitude.

Just then, Austin discovered that the huge stone statue in front of him began to glow.

A burst of soft golden light flowed and enveloped its structure.

To his amazement, the shape of the stone began to slowly shift.

The line becgentle, and the edges of the statue began to smoothen.

The stone carving skin began to soften, becoming shiny, like the skin of a real person.

A sensation of flesh and the flow of blood could be felt.

Then, in no time, the stone statue turned into an actual living person with flesh and blood.

The stone statue just cto life--much to Austin's enthrallment.

A tall, middle-aged man, who looked very dignified appeared before him.

It was indeed the Lord of Flaming Sun!

"The Flaming Sun Stela..." the Lord of Flaming Sun whispered.

His voice carried infinite vicissitudes of life and sigh.

It seemed like he was ecstatic and relieved to once again see the Fire Stela.

Then, he reached out his hand, and the Fire Stela landed on it.

The master and the treasure intently gazed at one another.

Together, they reminisced the past and all the memories they shared.

Meanwhile, Austin looked at them in silence, not wanting to disturb the reunion of this mater and his loyal treasure.

He remained standing, gazing at the two for quite a long time.

After a while, the Lord of Flaming Sun shifted his gaze on Austin.

Initially, his eyes were sharp, but it eventually becgentle.

"Well, it's the Golden Sun Scripture.

Although you are not strong enough, you have a great potential in you.

Even the Fire Stela recognizes you.

I'm going to consider you to be my disciple,"

said the Lord of Flaming Sun.

"Thank you, my master! It is really an honor to meet you!"

Without hesitation, Austin knelt down in excitement.

The Lord of Flaming Sun waved his hand, and a significant force supported Austin to stand up.

"What? Your power has been sealed.

This seal suppresses your realm, making it impossible for you to break through to the Heavenly Grotto Realm.

If it was not in your body, I'd say you should have reached the Heavenly Grotto Realm by now.

What happened? Who put this seal in your body?"

Sensing the Golden Sun Scripture in Austin's body, the Lord of Flaming Sun had immediately pinpointed the problem.

The seal inside Austin's body was cast by Kevin.

His purpose was to suppress Austin's vital energy realm so that the latter couldn't break through to the Heavenly Grotto Realm.

It was not until he participated in the Protector Competition that he could officially break through to the said Realm.

One of the competitions was to test the number of heavenly grottoes that could be developed once the participants reached the

Heavenly Grotto Realm.

If Austin broke through to the Heavenly Grotto Realm beforehand, he couldn't have entered the competition.

Kevin had informed Austin about the reason why he performed that concealment on the latter vital energy.

He truthfully narrated this to the Lord of Flaming Sun.

"Oh, | see. It was done by that guy, Kevin.

| guess it was for your own good then."

The Lord of Flaming Sun nodded with a smile.
