Chapter 2652
Sophie helped James to obtain a clue about the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword’s location.
"Since the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword's existence is linked to the many mysteries of this world, it should be a
weapon above the Grand Emperor Rank. Since I’m not a Grand Emperor, I can't pinpoint its exact location. All
I could glean is the fact that you'll have to travel to the Seafolk’s territory."
Sophie could not deduce the specific location of the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword but at least found a lead. This was
more than enough to help James.
James said gratefully, "Thanks, Ms. Sophie."
It would be much easier for James to find the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword with a hint about its location.
He hurriedly left the Celestial Abode and returned to Sangria Palace. Then, he sent a subordinate to look for
General Quinella.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtJames sat in a lotus position on a rock in the palace's backyard and looked into the distance.
Soon, Quinella walked over to him.
Surprisingly, she was not dressed in armor today but wore a beautiful, blue dress that perfectly conformed to her
curves. Her facial features were very delicate, and she looked gorgeous in a dress.
Quinella walked over, stood at his side, and greeted James respectfully," Your Majesty."
James cast a glance at her, then averted his eyes.
"Quinella, do you know about the Seafolk?"
"The Seafolk?" Quinella was taken aback.
"Mhm." James nodded.
Quinella paused in thought for a moment and answered, "I heard they’re a very elusive race. It's rumored they live
near the sea, but no one knows where exactly they come from."
James issued an order, "Use all available avenues to acquire information about the Seafolk."
Quinella nodded. "Understood."
Immediately afterward, she asked, "Why are you suddenly asking about the Seafolk, Your Majesty?"
James said, "The Seafolk should know something about where the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword is. After I find them,
I'll probably be able to locate the sword on my own."
"Where did you get this information from, Your Majesty?”
'You don't have to worry about that. Use all of Sangria's available resources to investigate the Seafolk."
"Alright, Your Majesty. I'll get to it right away."
Quinella did not ask any more questions and left immediately.
For the next several days, James waited with bated breath in the palace for any updates.
A few days later, an obviously dispirited Walganus came to see him.
Seeing that Walganus was in low spirits, James prompted him. "What’s wrong? Why do you look so dejected?"
Walganus sighed. "The Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword and Sangria's Imperial Jade Seal have been missing for

"I’ve already found a clue about them." James smiled faintly.
Walganus looked at James, and his attitude immediately did a complete flip. He asked, "What did you say? You
found a clue?!"
James nodded. ’Yes."
Walganus asked excitedly, "Where is the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword and Sangria's Imperial Jade Seal?"
James said, "I don't know anything about Sangria's Imperial Jade Seal yet, but I did find out that the Seafolk might
have information on the Crepe Myrtle Divine Sword's whereabouts."
Walganus was stunned for a moment. Then, he inquired, "The Seafolk?
Who are they?"
James shook his head and said, "I don't know yet. I've already asked General Quinella to investigate them. With
Sangria’s intelligence network distributed throughout Galileo, I'm sure information about them will turn up soon."
Walganus asked, "How did you find this clue?"
James simply gave him a cryptic smile.
