Chapter 2002
Leandro said smilingly, "No problem at all. We came here in search of opportunities, after all. I promise you that the
Overworld will not harass any earthlings, starting from today until the seal is released."
The others nodded in agreement, signaling their willingness to live in harmony with the earthlings.
James continued, "As the location of the seal, Mount Bane is the most mysterious place on Earth. Thus, many
magical objects will appear here. From today onward, the earthlings shall be allowed to enter Mount Bane as they
please. You are forbidden from restricting access to them."
The others looked at Leandro.
The Son of Heaven was the greatest among those who came from the Overworld. Meanwhile, as the butler of the
Son of Heaven, Leandro’s words could be interpreted as the Son of Heaven’s wishes.
Leandro contemplated for a brief moment before saying, "I have no qualms about that. However, the earthlings

they shall be xo exterminated without mercy."
James accepted the terms.
"Last but not least, finders' keepers for those who find the magical objects."
James listed his third demand.
He was making preparations for the magical objects that would emerge on Mount Bane shortly. Now that he knew
that magical objects would soon appear on Mount Bane, he might be able to keep a few for himself by constantly
monitoring the area. This would prevent a fierce battle from breaking out. Besides, the earthlings lacked the power
to contend for the magical objects. These rules would be beneficial to them.
"Fine, I agree with your demands," Leandro said.
The others had no objections. The negotiations proceeded smoothly and the Overworld Outsiders accepted all of
James’ demands.
James breathed a sigh of relief.
Although the fight was perilous, he nonetheless succeeded in seeking opportunities for the earthlings. From today
onward, they would no longer have to subject themselves to the barbarity of the Overworld.
"Farewell, then."
As the negotiations were done, James did not linger for long and immediately turned to leave the Sacerdotal Sect.
After he left, everyone's expression darkened.
Samarth asked, "Leandro, why did you accept all his demands? Are these the Son of Heaven’s wishes?"
Wearing a grim expression, Leandro said, "James is no ordinary man. No matter how gravely injured he is, he can
simply rejuvenate in a short amount of time. Since we currently cannot annihilate him, we can only compromise.
The Son of Heaven is still in closed-door meditation, so he's preoccupied at the moment. We'll have to wait for him
to leave his meditation. In the meantime, we should keep a low profile and stop harassing the earthlings."
Then, Leandro stood up and left.

and gave a call to Xandra who was far away in Lothian.
"Mother."
"How did it go, James? Have you arrived at Mount bane?" Xandra's voice came from the phone.
James smiled and said, "Yes, I have. In fact, I killed Matias Judah of the Sacerdotal Sect and fought against Xain
Judah. In the end, I even fought against a group of cultivators at the Supernatural Consummation rank to a
standstill, earning the right to negotiate with the Overworld..."
James recounted the events that unfolded.
Xandra was dumbfounded.
"What? Y-You fought against a couple of cultivators at the Supernatural Consummation rank and almost annihilated
Yandel Harlow?" Shocked, Xandra exclaimed, "Are you telling the truth?"
"Of course! Now that the matter has been resolved, we are now allowed to enter Mount Bane. The Overworld will
no longer harass us. Mother, from today onward, the magical objects that appear on Mount Bane will belong to
whoever finds them first.
"Come to Mount Bane at once. I have a premonition that a magical object is about to appear. This time, the object
shall be mine.
