She checked the caller ID, her expression softening. “Hello, Elma.” “Tilda, get to Skrix Hospital quick, Sheldon’s gone missing,” ca worried voice from a middle-aged woman.
Tilda’s expression shifted. “Hospital? What's happening there?” “The nurse said your mom's finger twitched today. | brought Sheldon to see her, but he vanished while | stepped out to the restroom,” the woman explained.

The urgency had erased her calmness.
She was so rattled she nearly stumbled.
Rosalynn quickly caught her. “Tilda, what's going on?” Tilda hung up, forcing a smile. “It’s nothing, | just need to rush off.” She then hurried towards the parking lot.
Rosalynn’s car was nearby. She asked Karina if she wanted a ride.
Karina, deciding to go with Jack, told Rosalynn to head off.
Rosalynn then made her way to the car and got in.
As she started the engine, she noticed Tilda stepping oupy her car, anxious and on the phone.
