Silvia subconsciously held the box to her side. Her gesture bothered him once again, but he held back

his anger.

“Nothing. Dr. Russell said I was weak, so he gave me some nutritional supplements.”

Neil’s eyes shone with suspicion, but he did not question her further.

The two of them then walked into the private room. Silvia carefully asked Abalene about her treatment

process, and Abalene told her everything. She even complimented Forrest’s medical skills.

They chatted for a while before Neil finally brought up the main subject. “Grandma, I need to tell you

something. Please be mentally prepared.”

When Abalene saw how serious he was, she stopped smiling.

“Liam set my mother up, and she got into a car accident a few days ago. She’s still in a coma.”
