Ray raised an eyebrow, recognizing Kruz. "Escaped again, did you?" he mused before taking a seat next to Flora, announcing that the meal was on him.

Kruz was in awe of Flora's boldness; although Ray was more laid-back compared to his terrifying brother, he was still not someone to mess with lightly.
"I'll be right back; need to use the restroom," Kruz excused himself, leaving the two alone for a bit.
Around the corner from the restroom, a group of teenagers spotted Kruz hurrying in.
