When Tyler heard Stephanie was at the hospital, he rushed over without hesitation.
Stephanie was just about to lie down when he clooking for her.
Henry blocked his way at the door. “Mr. Hart, Ms. Giovanni doesn’t want to see you. Please leave.”
“Get out of my way!” Tyler shouted, his voice shaking with anger. He'd been waiting in the freezing, windy
Shallow Bay Area for hours, and now that he knew Stephanie was not there, he was desperate to see her.
Henry didn’t back down. “Mr. Hart, if you don’t calm down, don’t blme for being rude.”
“Being rude?” Tyler snapped. “I'm here to see my sister. What right do you have to stop me?”
Henry’s mention of being “rude” was the last straw. Already on edge from not being able to see Stephanie, Tyler

Henry squinted, his voice dead serious. “Watch your words, Mr. Hart. Ms. Giovanni isn’t your sister. Maybe you
should make sure you've got the right family for your reunion.”
Tyler snapped back, “What do you mean by the right family? Stephanie-"
“Ms. Giovanni is the third young lady of the Lucano family,” Henry interrupted, his tone a mix of warning and
threat. “Are you sure you want to claim a sibling at the Lucanos‘ door?”
Tyler's breath caught. A reunion at the Lucanos’ door wasn’t an option. No one in their right mind messed with
the Lucanos. But he was determined to leverage this connection.
Thinking about how Stephanie had grown up with the Lucanos made Tyler's heart race. He'd never dare to get
involved with the Lucanos, but with Catlin locked up now, he had to swallow his anger. “At least letsee her
once,” he said.
Tyler had heard Stephanie was flying back to Fiorenza tonight. The Hart family couldn’t wait any longer. If she
left, no one knew when she'd be back.
Henry shook his head. “She has no connection with you. Why bother meeting her?” Meeting her again required a
connection. Without it, there was no point in meeting again.
Tyler's frustration boiled over. “I have something really important to discuss. | know she’s with the Lucanos now,
but you can’t just keepfrom seeing her.”
He didn’t want to involve the Lucanos, but he needed to see Stephanie. When Henry kept blocking him, Tyler
finally lost it. He tried to push past. “Move aside. You have no right to stop me.”
Tyler wouldn't dare mess with the Lucano family, but he didn’t take Henry seriously. He had never been such a
pushover.
Henry stood firm. “Mr. Hart, you can’t go in.”
“Get lost,” Tyler barked.
The next second, there was a loud bang, followed by a crack as something shattered and Tyler's scream.
In the hospital room, Stephanie and Allison exchanged a glance. Stephanie kept her cool. “Let’s take a nap,” she
said, like nothing was happening. Once they woke up, it'd be tto catch the plane to Fiorenza and ditch these
jerks.

Allison glanced at Stephanie, then at the closed door. She couldn't see what was going on outside, but she could
hear Tyler's muffled groans-like he was getting his butt kicked.
