Allison sighed. “A distant cousin of Yanis, no blood relation.” Technically, she could be called a cousin, but it was
really distant, with several generations in between.
“Did she set up the car crash?” Stephanie asked,
Allison closed her eyes, done with the Lewis family’s mess. “Let's not talk about them. Stefi, | want to get out of
Long Harbor. You can takeaway, right?”
As Allison spoke about leaving Long Harbor, Stephanie felt a new kind of determination in her.
Thinking about everything Allison had been through with the Lewises, she nodded. “Alright, I'll get you out of
here.”
Allison's despair was clear. She was the type to face problems head-on, so running away wasn’t something she

When someone found themselves in a tough spot and felt completely lost, a person who could take them away
without asking questions was truly helpful. Stephanie decided to take Allison away without asking her any
question.
“Really?” The sadness in Allison's eyes seemed to lift, like she'd glimpsed a ray of hope.
Stephanie nodded. “Yeah.”
“What about Yanis?” It was clear Yanis wouldn't let her go without a fight, and that was Allison’s biggest concern.
Stephanie didn’t know what had happened between them, but seeing the spark in Allison’s eyes, she nodded.
“Don’t worry. I've got a plan.”
With that, she pulled out her phone and called Sebastian. “Sebastian, I'm taking Allison to Fiorenza. There's
something going on with Yanis,” she explained curtly.
Allison clutched the blanket nervously.
On the other end, Sebastian paused for a beat before he said, “I'll handle it.”
Allison's shoulders relaxed as she heard the simple words cthrough the call.
“Alright, have Macro meet us at the hospital,” Stephanie said.
Macro was their doctor, and with Allison injured, they’d need to get her checked out before leaving tonight.
“Sure thing,” Sebastian replied, his voice as gentle as ever.
When the call ended, Stephanie turned to Allison. “All set.”
Allison's lips curved into a wry smile. “Stefi, | really envy you.”
Sebastian was a big shot in Fiorenza, yet Stephanie could always be herself around him. No matter what she
said, he was always on her side.
Stephanie fell quiet. She knew exactly what Allison was getting at. She’d always thought Allison and Yanis had a
similar connection, but seeing Allison so frustrated now, she was certain there were things Allison wouldn't
budge on with Yanis.
In Fiorenza, Ella sat in her room, cursing her luck after eating the overly salty pasta. She wanted a drink
downstairs but worried Lorenzo and his crew were still around.

If they saw her and got the wrong idea, Lorenzo could lose his temper-and she’d be the one to suffer.
When she got a call from Stephanie saying Allison was coming to Fiorenza too, Ella was thrown. “Is she coming
for a vacation? Is Yanis coming with her?”

Ella clearly felt the sway. Wherever Allison was, Yanis had to be there. Or rather, wherever Yanis was, Allison
was always with him. Yanis was actually the one calling the shots.
“No,” Stephanie said.
“Huh? Will Yanis even let her calone?” If Allison showed up without Yanis, he'd probably flip. Over the years,
Yanis never went anywhere without her.
Before Stephanie could reply, there was a knock on Ella’s door. Startled, Ella clutched the phone and called out,
“Who is it?”
“Tto change my bandage.” Lorenzo's voice cthrough, cold and stern.
Ella’s heart skipped a beat. ‘Isn't someone else supposed to handle this? Why cto me?‘ she wondered.
