Lukas saw the sunflowers in her room and smiled, "How does treating you to dinner later sound to you?"
Reese was stunned, her eyes flickering slightly. "It's fine by me!"
She already understood in her heart that Lukas probably wanted to have dinner with her tonight, which is why it

When Lukas heard her words, the smile on his face deepened. "Okay, go wash up and prepare. | will call you
downstairs for dinner later!"
Reese nodded, and Lukas smiled and turned to leave.
She was looking forward to the thought of having dinner with Lukas on Valentine's Day. After all, he was the
person she liked in her heart.

At the stime, Lukas went downstairs and went straight to the kitchen.

Lukas was cooking when Elias called on his phone. "So... how did it go? Was the confession successful?"
Lukas put on his headphones to talk to Elias while frying steak. "You're too excited! The dinner hasn't even
started yet!"
Elias teased him with a smile, "You're so slow. Why is your progress so sluggish?"

Lukas replied coolly, "I'm not slow, you're just fast as usual!"
Elias suddenly sensed Lukas's sinister intentions. "Lukas, I'm really worried about you. How can you resort to
personal attacks?"
Lukas casually replied, "Oh, how did I attack you? I just said you're fast. Is that an attack?"
Elias becirritated, "You've gone too far! Speaking of such a man, don't you know that you will face
retaliation?"
Lukas nonchalantly turned the steak and said, "I didn't know. Do you have anything else to say? If not, I'm going
to hang up."
Elias was speechless, "I called to check on you, and you're tellingto hang up?
| haven't even asked. Where did you get those white hyacinths? You even put them on your social media. You
really are boring!"
When Lukas heard Elias's comment about his white hyacinths, he wore an unpleasant expression and
immediately becunhappy. His tone carried a subtle question, "What? Don't you like my white hyacinths?"
