One would not bring their cup and slippers with them if they were just going to a friend's house. It was obvious

that she was not planning to return, at least for a long time!

He slowly walked to the bedroom and opened the wardrobe. Willy's blood ran cold. The clothes and pajamas that

she usually wore were gone, leaving only the clothes that he bought for her! Regardless of whether their tags

Angrily, he turned around and walked out of the door.

At that time, Lauren took a long nap at hall afternoon. After she woke up, she made snutritious broth

and rice with vegetables. After enjoying her meal, she returned to her room with fruits.

As she sat on her couch, she stretched and rubbed her belly while she squinted her eyes. "Mommy is turning in

to a pig because of you buddy! | wonder if you are a girl or a boy," she murmured to herself. Smiling, Lauren

picked up an apple and began to chew on it.

"However, no matter what your gender is, mommy will love you all the same! Lalala, my baby, my sweet baby..."

Life without problems was a tad lonelier but Lauren had gotten used to it and preferred it that way too.

After relaxing for a while and turning on ssoft music, she habitually took a book out. In the past, when she

was alone, she used to read more academic books, but ever since her belly got bigger and when she felt the

baby's movement in it, she began to read books that were educational for baby instead. She turned to a page

and started reading it out,

"Honey, are you ready? Mommy is going to tell you a story. Today, we tell the story of little monkey, Alto's

garden..."

After reading a chapter, Lauren's mood relaxed a lot. Moments later, she was already at the concluding passage.

"Alto thought that the other animals will steal the flowers, so he builds a very high fence over it, but it didn't do

him any good, and he was injured because of the fence. Alto always sees others from the worst perspective but

he didn't realize it was his own negativity that was keeping him worried and unhappy at all times. The animals

Her life was quiet and boring. She only knew few people, including her friends and relatives. More often than not,

she had little to share and naturally, she had to endure many things alone.

Just like at that moment, even though she was pregnant and was giving birth soon, albeit she was happy, she

couldn't share it with anyone else, and not even on her social media platform. Not that she didn't want to, but it

was the reality that didn't allow her to! She was lonely to say the least but the cruelness of others made her

even more resentful. So, she would rather bear the loneliness than being hurt by others!

Closing the book, Lauren sighed. She looked at her rounded belly once again, and saw that it was growing bigger.

She did not feel alone anymore then, as she had a child that belonged to her. She had to work hard to give the

child the best life possible! If her mother was still alive, she believed that she too would be made the happiest

person!

Lauren shut her eyes and got up to stretch a bit. Then, she seemed to have remembered something, picked up

her cell phone that was on the side, and checked it, "What's wrong with you? Why are you so annoying?"

She didn't know that Willy hadn't contacted her those days as he was away on business trip. At the moment,

Lauren just found him fickle and annoying!

Just as she cleared the records, the phone suddenly lit up again. Seeing that it was an unfamiliar number, her

heart thumped.

Could it be him again?

The first time, she did not answer it.
