Chapter 946 Rash
As it was a large passenger aircraft, the pilot couldn't directly fly it over to where Nicole was. She needed to go to
the nearest airport to board the plane.
After getting in touch, Nicole started to pack her things and got ready to leave.
She then gave Colton a call to have him drive them both to the airport.
He was Hayden's father, after all. He had the right to know.
"Hayden has a fever and he is still in the hospital. Madam Gould has sent a plane over, so we have to leave for the
airport immediately. We're going home." Nicole summarized everything for Colton.
Meanwhile, Colton wasn't surprised at all. He nodded in response and had his subordinate send him and Nicole to
the airport.

It was past 12.00AM when they arrived. However, Nicole wasn't too tired because she had slept during the flight.
Siobhan had sent the housekeeper to pick Nicole and Colton up and head straight to the hospital.
Still, it was past 3.00AM when they got to the hospital.
Hayden's fever had broken when they got there, but for some reason, his skin was covered in rashes.
Looking at Siobhan, who was outside the ward, Nicole asked anxiously, "Wasn't it a fever? Why are there so many
rashes on his body?"
"The fever had subsided when I called you, and there wasn't anything serious until four or five hours later when red
spots suddenly began to appear on his body. Not even the doctor knows what happened," Siobhan muttered.
She had already contacted many reputable doctors and told them to hurry over.
"How did this happen?" Nicole was visibly panicking as she bit her lip. She couldn't understand why this was
happening.
"Think, Nicole—is Hayden allergic to any medication?" Even though the doctors had run a test on Hayden before
the IV drip, Siobhan still had to ask to make sure.
Nicole shook her head at that.
Seeing Nicole panic, Colton reached out and comforted her. "Don't worry. My mother has been informed as well.
I've contacted the Gardner Family's medical team. They will be here in no time."
Nicole's body was rigid the whole time. How could she not worry? After all, Hayden was her lifeline.
He was fine when I left. How did something happen to him right when I was away for a while?
After thinking about it, she started to head into the ward to take a look at Hayden herself.
However, Colton quickly grabbed onto her and reminded her in a low voice, "There are specialists for that. You have
achievements in medicine, but Hayden's illness might not be something you can diagnose."
Nicole was upset when Colton stopped her. She gave him a shove and warned, "Hayden is my son. I'm worried

"You're not in the best physical condition to do that now. There are doctors who specialize in that here. You don't
have to go in." Colton kept holding on to her, stopping her from entering the ward.
Nicole's temper only flared. "I don't need your permission to see my son!" she yelled. "Hayden might have been
poisoned!"
Seeing her blow her top, Colton patted her on her shoulders and gently coaxed her. "Nicole, your body is weak now.
You can't go in. I've called the doctor and they will be here in ten minutes. Let's just wait out here. You can go in if
something happens to Hayden, okay?"
His unexpectedly soft tone put out the fire in her.
She knew that Colton was talking about her pregnancy. Biting down on her lip, she decided not to say anything else.
However, Siobhan frowned when she heard Nicole's words. "Poison? That's impossible. I've been watching Hayden
the whole time he was home. We ate the same food. He can't possibly be poisoned."
Nicole only realized then that she had overreacted and rambled about Hayden being poisoned.
