Chapter 1184
Estelle’s hand completely covered Milo’s head, with Milo obediently lying still, wagging his tail happily.
Max seemed not to be too pleased. He crawled forward, shoving his big head towards Estelle, also wanting a piece
of her affection.
Milo gave Max a headbutt, and Max retaliated by placing his paw on Milo’s head. The two dogs rolled around on the
lawn.
Jonathan held Estelle tightly, his voice deep and gentle: “Accepting me isn’t as hard as you think, is it? I’m not any
scarier than Milo; give it another shot.”
He cupped her face, his eyes deep and dark. He slowly leaned in, gave her a peck on the lips, and let out a content
sigh, “Ella.”
He hadn’t called her that in a long time; he even dared not say it, afraid it might upset her.

The mountain breeze was cool and pleasant. The sun shone on Estelle, her skin fair and clear. Her long, thick
eyelashes quivered slightly, then she slowly closed her eyes, relaxing her body and immersing herself in the kiss.
His kiss gradually became passionate; he forgot everything around him, focusing solely on kissing her.
After a while, Jonathan stopped to ask, “You still love me, don’t you?”
Estelle’s eyes were moist, and her lips were rosy. Because he suddenly stopped, she seemed not to be fully awake.
Jonathan’s heart pounded as if it had been scorched by hot oil. He held her waist tightly and kissed her passionately
again.
Despite the sudden visit, lunch was plentifully prepared. Mr. Wagner even specially bought Estelle’s favourite cake
and sweets from the dessert shop downhill
Wilma chuckled. “I’ve also made some dessert; I can serve it for ma’am during tea time.”
Estelle réplied joyfully, “Great, I’ve been missing the egg tarts you make.”
“All ready!” Wilma said it hurriedly.
Mr. Wagner chuckled. “Let Jonathan and ma’am eat first; we’ll wait outside.
Wilma nodded, leaving the dining room with Mr. Wagner and giving Estelle and Jonathan some space.
After lunch, Estelle and Jonathan went for a walk.
They walked far, with Milo and Max chasing each other along the way.
The mountain path was quiet and secluded; the wind here was nothing like the city’s-no stuffiness, no car exhaust,
no noisy sounds-just the faint scent of flowers and soil. Even in the midsummer afternoon, it was refreshing.
Birds chirped in the deep mountains. Milo and Max chased back and forth in the bushes, getting covered in wild
grass.
Jonathan, casually dressed, looked handsome and noble. He held Estelle’s hand, walking at a steady and leisurely
pace. He asked with a smile, “Wilma told me you used to jog here every day. Have you ever thought about taking a
walk with me like this?”

hating you?”
Her soft hair fluttered slightly at her temples. The sunlight filtered through the dense leaves, casting mottled
shadows on her elegant face. Her every move was full of vitality.
Jonathan chuckled softly, but he didn’t say anything; he just held her hand tighter.
After their walk, they watched a war movie in the video room upstairs. The movie was full of passion and
enthusiasm, but in the dim room, Jonathan couldn’t concentrate, even during the most exciting parts.
They kissed in the shadowy room, on and off, watching the movie intermittently.
Max and Milo lay side by side nearby, occasionally looking back at Jonathan and Estelle. After a few times, the dogs
got used to it. Max was not as alert as the first time, thinking Jonathan was going to hurt Estelle. They glanced at
them, then turned their heads calmly, continuing the
movie.
By the time the movie ended, it was already evening. The Villa del Sol in the evening was even more captivating.
