Chapter 1079
The boy covered his eyes and clung to the woman, “She hit me, and even pinched me!”
The woman was immediately flushed with rage, and angrily rushed over to hit Estelle, “You dare hit my son, I’ll
make you pay!”
Estelle couldn’t believe how unreasonable the woman was, getting physical right off the bat. She quickly stepped
back holding Kya, grabbed the woman’s wrist, and coldly said, “I’ll say it again, I didn’t yell at him, and I certainly
didn’t hit him!”
The woman’s wrist was caught by Estelle, rendering her unable to move. She immediately shouted loudly, “Help!
Someone’s hurting me!” Seeing this, others quickly gathered around, young mothers and elderly grandmothers
alike, all rushing to break up the fight.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtEstelle let go of the woman’s hand, icily stating, “There should be surveillance here, if you don’t believe me, check
it!”
The woman, released by Estelle, staggered back a step, cursing, “Look at you, living alone with a child in this
neighbourhood, I bet you’re some married man’s mistress!
“You have no shame, ruining other people’s familie. You deserve what’s coming!
“Your own daughter is unwanted, are you jealous that others have sons, so you want to hurt mine!
“You and your daughter are both abandoned! Serves you right!”
The woman spewed out a string of curses like a machine gun.
Estelle was fully enraged, she stepped forward, and kicked the woman in the face, knocking her to the ground.
The woman let out a loud cry, took a while to get up from the ground, then sat there crying. Her son ran over and
joined her.
Seeing this, Kya was terrified, clinging tightly to Estelle’s neck. Estelle didn’t want to resort to violence in front of the
child, but while insulting her was tolerable, insulting Kya was absolutely unacceptable!
The woman sat on the ground, crying her eyes out. She took out her phone and dialed, sobbing out threats to
Estelle, “You dare hit me. You won’t get off easy today, just wait!”
Estelle held Kya, looking coldly at the woman, “I’m waiting, call whoever you want!”
The woman connected the call, immediately crying out, “Honey, get home quick, your son and I were beaten up!
Yes, we’re downstairs, hurry back!”
Her son chimed in with louder cries.
An auntie in her fifties came up to Estelle and whispered, “Miss, you’d better leave. I heard her husband is a big
shot in a major company, rich and powerful. You won’t come out on top here. Go home before he gets here!”
People in the same community all knew about this woman’s temper, and how difficult she was to deal with.

The property management and security personnel from the neighbourhood all arrived, trying to help the woman
up, hoping everyone could talk it out.
The woman wouldn’t be dissuaded. She sat on the ground, pointing at those trying to mediate and accusing loudly,
“You property management folks are all talk. You didn’t step in when I was being attacked, and now you want to
mediate? Are you siding with her because she’s pretty? I’m going to file a complaint!”
The property and security staff were at a loss. They were just trying to settle the dispute, but didn’t expect to be
accused instead.
The property manager personally stepped in, saying to the woman, “Alexa, if there’s anything you want to discuss,
we can stand up and talk it out.”
“You go beat her up first, then come and talk to me!” The woman continued her protest.
Amid the chaos, a car pulled up and the woman’s husband got out.
