The man gulped, watching Flora stand on the door, hands casually behind her back, his voice shaking. But before
he could finish, noise erupted from inside the apartment.
Ten bodyguards, all in black suits and sunglasses, marched out in perfect formation. Their expressions were
serious, ready for action.
But the next moment, they froze.
They had heard the noise outside and thought it was skind of attack, rushing out to confront it, but what did
they find? A slender young woman?
And their door... under her feet!
"Who are you? What do you want?" the lead bodyguard shouted.
Luiz, not used to such a scene, felt a
bit intimidated but still stepped in front of Flora. Flora was from
Austenberg, his fellow
countrywoman. Plus, it was because of Flora that they were where they were today.
"It's, uh, just a misunderstanding... a misunderstanding..." Luiz stammered, struggling to think of an excuse.
"Would you believeif | said the door just fell off on its own?" Bodyguard: "..."
Flora found Luiz to be a nuisance and gave him a swift kick, sending him aside. Her eyes swept coldly over the
bodyguards.
"Get Jenna out here."
Her voice was icy, as wild and fierce as they come. Like a harbinger of doom.
The bodyguard frowned, thinking this young git was incredibly bold to clooking for trouble with their. young
miss! He was about to suggest Flora leave when footsteps sounded from the stairs, and someone crunning
down. The bodyguards respectfully called out, "Miss!"
Jenna hurried down, only to be greeted by the sight of Flora standing on the door like skind of street tough,
and her mind went blank.

she could already picture Flora's downfall.
Just as the command was given, a cold voice cut through the tension.
