Tiffany froze. She wondered when Vincent arrived.
Ivy and the others caught sight of him too. They greeted him with a chorus of "Mr. Lewis" before scattering. Vincent didn't say anything. He headed into the office and closed the door behind him.
Tiffany's heart was heavy with an indescribable discomfort. She couldn't shake the feeling that he had overheard those words. Yet, wasn't this what she had been striving for? Vincent was committed to Kelly. Tiffany knew better than to intervene in their relationship.
As for the matter of the baby, Tiffany had never intended to disclose it to him.

Despite her rationalizations, Tiffany couldn't shake the sadness that weighed on her heart.
In the office, Vincent wasn't feeling too great, either. He set down the lunch box on the desk, then slumped into the couch, feeling a bit frustrated.
He stared out the window, watching birds fly by, but all he could think about was Tiffany.
When Mandy asked him if he liked Tiffany, he finally cto terms with his feelings.
But now, his feelings seemed insignificant. Could he really do anything to disrupt Tiffany and William's relationship? Especially now that they were expecting a child.
In the afternoon, Vincent took Alex out for a business discussion. He also needed an assistant to assist them.
Alex's attention was drawn to Tiffany first. Sensing the situation, Tiffany rose from her seat. She swiftly collected her notebook and pen, stowing them in her bag. But just as she was about to move, Vincent said, "Ivy." Tiffany paused in surprise, and the room went quiet for a few seconds.
Vincent didn't even look in her direction. He just called Ivy's nand left.
After hesitating momentarily, Alex gave Tiffany a regretful look before trailing after Vincent.

As the three of them left, whispers filled the office. The looks directed at Tiffany were filled with curiosity and a touch of mirth.
Just then, Mandy walked out. "Tiffany, let's switch seats back." Tiffany was surprised. "Why?" Mandy, being the wealthy heiress she was, cinto the company as an assistant. Her intentions were clear to everyone. Her status was well- known throughout the office and even the entire company But there was one thing Tiffany couldn't understand. After going through all that trouble just to be in the sroom with Vincent, why would Mandy suddenly decide to move out in less than three days? QUMS
Mandy sighed, "Working right under Vincent's nose is way too stressful. I feel like I can't even breathe properly! Let's switch back now. Tiffany wanted to offer a few words of persuasion. But Mandy seemed set in her decision and insisted on returning to their previous seats. With no other choice, Tiffany reluctantly moved back into Vincent's office. As the evening set in, Tiffany left the office with her bag slung over her shoulder when she heard someone calling her name.
When she turned to find Joyce approaching, surprise was written all over her face. "Mrs. Lewis?"
Joyce walked up and took Tiffany's hand, giving her a once-over. "It's been ages. You look like you've lost weight. Are you not eating properly?" Tiffany's eyes welled up with tears as she pulled her hand away. "Mrs. Lewis, William and I are no longer together." Joyce let out a sigh. "I know. William told me. He admits he was in the wrong, and I understand if you're upset, Tiff. But remember, the baby is innocent."
As rush hour hit its peak, the building's entrance was bustling with people. Joyce proposed, "Get in the car. Let's find a place to sit down and talk."
