Noah was being pulled aside to cool off.
"Engaging in personal attacks because he couldn't win in terms of business?" Noah said as he shook in anger.
"Mr. Evans must be running out of options since he can't do anything about Wonder Pharm."
"Mr. Park, you have to calm down. His motive is to irritate and anger you. If he succeeds, then wouldn't the new
Cerebral Neurotrophic Solution be as good as his.''
"That's right. Wonder Pharm is already ahead of Poly Pharmaceutical. All Mr. Park has to do is maintain this, and
you will beat him!"
After much persuasion, Noah gradually calmed down and nodded. He also knew Nathan was doing this on purpose
to irritate and make him lose composure. And then took advantage of the situation.
After he thought it through, he put down his anger and sneered, "As long as Wonder Pharm is around, Poly
Pharmaceutical can forget about coming out on top!"
"Mr. Evans, it's not good for you to make personal attacks. It will make Poly Capital look bad!" Gussie said to Nathan.
"What's bad about it? I was speaking the truth." Nathan replied calmly.
Nathan's response rendered Gussie speechless.
Nathan said with a smile, "Everyone is supporting him now because he is riding on the status that Park Group gave
him. Calling him Stick doesn't mean anything bad. Others will look at it as friendly banter."
"Friendly..." Gussie replied questionably.
"Wonder Pharm has been too arrogant and has gotten in the way of countless businesses. Do you think the people
of Hechland would let him be? I'm afraid, there are some who even want him dead," Nathan said.

When it was almost time, Jarrod, the chairman of Northern Biotech, made his appearance.
Jarrod was about fifty years old, and unlike the usual image people had of big bosses, he was still in good shape as
he appeared in a suit.
"As soon as he entered, the atmosphere became lively, as everyone began complimenting him."
The pharmaceutical companies enthusiastically moved in closer, all ready to impress him.
"He is Jarrod, the chairman of Northern Biotech. Mr. Evans, do you want to go and greet him?" Gussie asked.
"That would be good. After all, we'll be their new partner." Nathan replied.
Natasha walked over from the side and said calmly, "I advise you not to waste your time. He won't entertain you."
Nathan said with a smile, "The bet has only just begun, and you're already afraid of losing?"
Natasha smiled and said, "I'm afraid you'll be too embarrassed later!"
Nathan ignored her as Gussie led him to Jarrod.
"Nice to meet you, Mr. Jarrod!" Nathan took the initiative to greet him.
Jarrod barely looked at him and ignored his handshake. This caused everyone to start making assumptions.
Nathan had taken the initiative to greet Jarrod. But was ignored!
This was huge news!
Nathan didn't take it personally, took a step forward, and said, "Mr. Jarrod, I'm Nathan from Poly Pharmaceutical in
Neva Province, and I was hoping to work with you."
Jarrod froze for a moment and said, "I've never heard of Poly Pharmaceutical. Who the hell do you think you are to
come up and speak with me?"
"Hahaha!" Everyone burst into laughter.
No one expected Jarrod to disrespect Nathan like that. To question who he was, was too ironic.
Noah laughed as he stood aside, "Mr. Jarrod, it's normal that you haven't heard of Poly Pharmaceutical. After all,
this unknown company was rejected by the top three hospitals of Neva Province."
"That's right. Poly Pharmaceutical is a trash company. None of the top three hospitals was willing to work with
them!"
"They had also worked with other pharmaceutical factories to conduct independent research. In the end, all they
came up with was rubbish. We dumped the products immediately after it was sent to our Health Bureau."
"Mr. Jarrod, don't waste your time on such people!" Mr. MacMillan suddenly appeared out of nowhere and said
loudly.
Nathan froze. He hadn't seen this troublemaker earlier and didn't expect him to appear now.
"Beg me, beg me, and I'll help you!" Natasha's whispered into Nathan's ears in a provoking manner.
Nathan wasn't bothered about what was happening before him. Gussie, on the other hand, frowned in annoyance.
Nathan calmly said, "It's normal for you to have never heard of us before. After all, we are fairly new to the
industry."
Jarrod shook his head and replied, "Do you have something to say? If not, get out of my way. I'm busy!"
"Then I'll be frank with you. I work with your company. We are very interested in your company's new Cerebral
Neurotrophic Solution."

Upon hearing his words, the crowd roared in laughter.
Who in that hall isn't interested in it?
Jarrod had just humiliated him, but he still dared say such things.
Is he that ignorant?
"Are you joking, Mr. Evans?" Jarrod turned around and said with a smile.
Both Mr. MacMillan and Noah were happy to see Nathan humiliated by Jarrod.
Mr. MacMillan said indifferently, "Hey Evans, I advise you to stop making a fool of yourself. This new development
will never fall into your hands. So go back to where you came from."
Nathan replied with a smile, "I was just wondering why the banquet wasn't at Gloire Hotel. It turns out that Mr.
MacMillan was attending!"
"What did he mean by that?"
"Didn't you know? Mr. Evans had humiliated Mr. MacMillan at the Gloire Hotel the last time, and was blacklisted!"
"I heard Mr. MacMillan isn't allowed to step into the Gloire Hotel for the rest of his life. Mr. Evans had destroyed him
that day."
People started to explain what Nathan meant.
Although Mr. MacMillan tried to keep it under wraps, there was no such thing as secrets in this world.
Mr. MacMillan's face turned red with anger as he sneered at Nathan, "Evans, you can continue acting cocky. We'll
see if that cockiness can help build up Poly Pharmaceutical!"
"I would like to see how Wonder Pharm squeezes you out."
"Poly Pharmaceutical can't survive for long!"
Nathan replied, "Squeeze me out? Do you think they can?"
Everyone gasped. In the whole of Neva Province, Nathan was the only one who dared to speak to Mr. MacMillan in
that manner. If it were someone else, they would shut down the next day.
