Chapter 473: Massacre(1)

After crossing into another territory, all the restrictions on Aakesh returned. He could neither fly nor use his sense to search any area other than the ground where he stood.

According to what Aakesh learned from the spider, this controlled territory spanned over a similar range. So if Aakesh wanted to leave from here on foot with all these restrictions, it would alone take him days, if not weeks, to cover that distance.

The time difference between here and the actual world was 1;1,000,000. And since Aakesh had around nine hours left before the sun would rise on the Anga continent and Visteerna; so even if Aakesh spent centuries inside here, he would still have plenty of time to open the store at the sunrise.

But according to what Aakesh had learned from the spider: the territory of the ruler getting tributes from millions of creatures like and even more powerful beasts having vaster territories than the spider was thousands of lightyears of distance away, so if Aakesh traveled with all the restrictions on him, it would take decades, if not centuries for him only to travel.

Considering this, Aakesh decided to go straight for the ruler of the territories that would come in his way during the travel to the ultimate ruler. It would shorten the duration of his journey by severalfold.

Since Aakesh had made his decision, he decided to get the ruler of this territory’s attention.

“BOOM!”

“BOOM!”

“BOOM!”

The next moment, loud sounds rang in the area as Aakesh continuously punched the ground.

Despite his half-strength punches, nothing major except for some dirt flying happened, but since Aakesh wanted to garner the ruler’s attention toward him, he didn’t stop and continued.

Not long after, Aakesh noticed a silhouette in the air.

This time the creature wasn’t even the size of Aakesh, but it was even smaller than Lily.

Since Aakesh had learned the details of the rulers of the neighboring territories from the spider, he was already aware of the race of the creature.

It was a Genus Mosquito belonging to the Anopheles Group. As with the Three-colored Crown Spiders, the Genus Mosquitoes were a race exclusive to the Sacred dimension.

The creature in front of Aakesh didn’t even have one-fourth the strength of the spider he last fought, but since Aakesh knew the reason for it, he didn’t ponder over the question.

Genus Mosquitoes were creatures that were short-lived and lived in groups. It was also one of the races that couldn’t become Immortal despite living in the Sacred dimension.

(A/N: In the initial chapters, I have referred to the Sacred dimension as the dimension of Immortals, but still, there are several races that couldn’t become Immortals even when they reached the peak of the dimension.)

The Multiverse has always been fair, so if Genus Mosquitoes had short lives, their reproduction rate was one of the most superior. A single female mosquito could give birth to millions in her lifetime.

Aakesh’s eyes turned cold as this battle was going to be more challenging than the spider.

As expected, not long after, millions and millions of Genus Mosquitoes appeared in the sky, with all of them having a similar amount of strength.

Since Aakesh couldn’t fly, he had to fight them standing on the ground.

The next moment, Aakesh raised his hands(Palm pointing toward the sky). Soon, a dark energy ball started gathering.

The Genus Mosquitoes had no restrictions on them, and they were also creatures with wings, so it didn’t take long for their army to reach Aakesh.

Aakesh controlled the dark energy ball the size of a basketball in his hands and waited for enough Genus Mosquitoes to arrive in his range.

One on one, the Genus Mosquitoes didn’t even have the strength to create a scratch on Aakesh, let alone harm him, so when the mosquitoes attempted to bite him, Aakesh didn’t even feel a thing.

When the number of mosquitoes increased, Aakesh finally felt a prick, but he controlled himself not to act as he wanted to kill as many as possible in these two attacks.

Finally, more than three-fourths of the total number of Genus Mosquitoes had reached the range of 100 meters around Aakesh, so it was now time.

Aakesh released the first Apocalyptic Blast.

“BOOM!”

The next moment, a loud sound of explosion rang in the area, as the blast engulfed everything in the range of 100 meters around Aakesh.

The remaining Genus Mosquitoes, out of Aakesh’s range of the explosion, attempted to escape as the blast gave them chills. The last thing they cared about was casualties, so they ran straight away.

While in the range of 100 meters around Aakesh, a barren patch emerged, and no life was present except for Aakesh in that area.

Since Aakesh was immune to the destruction caused by Apocalyptic Blast, he looked the same as before, except for a tiny bump the mosquitoes had created on his shoulder by biting. In no time, it disappeared.

The restrictions on Aakesh still remained, so the ruler of the territory wasn’t amid the millions of Genus Mosquitoes he had killed just now.

Aakesh still had one more dark energy ball left, and he could also see the mosquitoes returning.

The next moment, Aakesh found the air in the area suddenly turning chilly.

“So, you were the ruler,” Aakesh mumbled as his eyes fell on a giant mosquito, several times his size, floating in the air even though its wings didn’t move.

“Why did you kill my children?” A shrill female voice rang in the area.

It was the ruler of the territory that had asked the question. She was the strongest of the lot, but her strength was still only half of the spider.

Aakesh ignored her question and started thinking of ways to kill the ruler.

Since there were restrictions on him, his skill’s attack range was only 100 meters. He couldn’t jump more than a few hundred meters in the sky, and even that, he wouldn’t be able to maintain for only around a second.

The ruler was thousands of meters above in the sky, so Aakesh couldn’t reach it unless it decided to descend, so he had to think of ways if he wanted to end this fight quickly.

An idea emerged in his head, but he decided against it as it wasn’t feasible.
