Chapter 231
“It’s obvious that you’re the one who has a fiancee behind my back. How dare you blame me now,
William?” Olivia retorted defiantly.
“Isn’t it normal for other women to fall for your excellent husband? Besides, their liking for me means
nothing, as no one other than
you could have my heart, my
dear wife!” William said.
Olivia was almost amused by him.
What kind of person was he? He just couldn’t be more unabashed!
“My dear wife, I saw you smile just now. Since you’re not angry with me now, can you approve my
friend request on Skype?” William asked.
“No!” Olivia answered.
“Why?” William asked.
“No why,” Olivia answered.
William, at a loss for words, trying to brainwash himself, “Fine, since I chose her to be my wife, I have
only myself to blame even if she pis sed me off. I have nothing to complain about.”
Then he lowered her head and meekly continued shelling crayfish for Olivia.
Olivia accepted it with pleasure. Anyway, he should show his sincerity since he intended to apologize to
her. It would be a waste not to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
“My dear wife, can you take me home later? I’m a little dizzy,” William said.
“Uh, you pretend to be sick when I’ve just taken a bite? Aren’t you a little too impatient?” Olivia said.
“I think it’s an allergy,” William said.
“Huh?” Olivia said in puzzlement, glancing at William subconsciously, only to see that he really broke
out in a rash.
Moreover, his hands, with which he was shelling crayfish, turned red and seemed a little swollen.
“Are you allergic to crayfish?” Olivia asked.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtShe didn’t remember that William had an allergic reaction to crayfish!
Why did he have this problem a few years after she left him?
“I didn’t have this problem at first, but recently I’ve applied a vulnerary that may be incompatible with
crayfish,” William replied. His face began to turn pale, but he didn’t stop shelling crayfish.
Annoyed by him, Olivia immediately took the wipe next to her and wiped his hands carefully.
“Stop it. Let’s go home!” She said.
“It’s okay. Jameson will fix me up. I’ll be fine after going home and taking the anti-allergic agent,”
William said.
“You are talking nonsense. Your face is pale. As an adult, you should take good care of yourself!”
Clarke couldn’t help nagging.
After wiping William’s hands, she got up to find Jameson and Chelsea.
Jameson was shocked when he heard that William broke out in rash.
He asked, “What? William broke out in rash? Did he eat crayfish?”
“He didn’t, but he shelled a few for me,” Olivia answered.
Jameson was at a loss for words. Didn’t he wear disposable gloves when shelling crayfish?
William was well aware that he was allergic to crayfish.
Did he risk his life to please his wife?
Jameson was puzzled.
Because his best friend William was allergic to crayfish, so he had only eaten crayfish a few times in
the past 20 years.
Today, when he saw Chelsea and Olivia eat crayfish, he felt the urge to have some.
Expectedly, William broke out in a rash before he had any. He suddenly felt that his life was so
miserable!
Fifteen minutes later, they hurried back to the Maple Villas.
However, Olivia entered the password personally without letting William see it or telling him the
password, which wretchedly dejected him who was a patient at the moment.
The Maple Villas was close to the supermarket, and on their way back, Olivia had told Reed to prepare
the anti-allergic agent as Jameson asked.
As soon as they brought William back, he was directly carried to his room and put on a drip.
Jameson stayed in his room to keep him accompanied. Gazing at him who was lying in bed weakly,
Jameson was full of doubts.
Jameson asked, “William, since you know that you are allergic to crayfish, why were you so careless?
Fortunately, it didn’t cause a fever. Otherwise, your wound will probably worsen, which will cause a lot
of trouble, got it?”
“I’m not worried about that with you around,” William replied.
“But I can’t fix you up every time. You should take care of yourself, otherwise, you will probably ruin my
reputation as an excellent doctor one day!” Jameson said in anger.
Nevertheless, he was more worried than angry.
The allergic reaction could be serious. What was more, the wound on William’s abdomen was very
complicated and was injured again and again. If things went on like this, he was really didn’t have the
confidence to cure William!
“I got it. I won’t do that again. Don’t worry,” William said. It was rare for him to comfort someone
patiently in a gentle voice.
“Humph, men’s sayings are full of lies! That’s what you said last time!” Jameson said.
“I’m a patient now. Do you have to argue with me at this time?” William asked.
“Fine, I can’t outspeak you. I believe that you can even sacrifice your life for Liv, let alone ignore such a
small wound. But I have to warn you that if you continue ignoring the wound on your abdomen, it may
really cause soreness in your waist which is an intractable disease in andrology. I’m not good at dealing
with it!” Jameson said.
“I don’t have that problem!” William retorted.
“Well, I see. You’re a patient, so everything you say is correct!” Jameson replied perfunctorily.
His expression indicated that he did not believe what William said, which pis sed William off.
At this moment, Chelsea, who came upstairs to find Jameson, stopped at the door.
Hearing that William had soreness in his waist, she subconsciously covered her mouth in surprise.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmThe next second, she ran downstairs at the fastest speed like a gust of wind.
She said, “Gosh, Liv, bad news. I just heard a big secret!”
“What secret? Why are you so shocked? Did you see a ghost upstairs?” Olivia asked.
“It’s more terrifying than that. I just heard the conversation between Jameson and William. William, he,
he…” before Chelsea finished her words, she looked at Olivia sympathetically, wanted to say
something but stopped on second thought.
“What’s wrong with William? Are his symptoms severe? I’m going upstairs to check on him!” Olivia
said.
“No, it’s just that William seems to have soreness in his waist,” Chelsea said.
Olivia was at a loss for words.
“Believe me, Liv. I heard Jameson say it upstairs! But how did Jameson know that William has
soreness in his waist? Could it be that they… Gosh, I seem to have discovered something
unbelievable!” Chelsea said, covering her mouth and stamping her foot in excitement.
Olivia stared at her as if gazing at a fool.
“Uh, Chelsea, although you are a big shipper of them, you had better not go too far. Otherwise, I’m
afraid the fragile and handsome man you like will be sad if he learns what you think of him and
William,” Olivia, who was helpless, advised earnestly, hoping Chelsea, the fanatical shipper of
Jameson and William, could calm down a little.
“Well, although I like fragile and handsome men like Jameson, I won’t steal him from William. You can
tell William that he can put his mind at ease!” Chelsea put her hands upon her chest and sighed with a
righteous look.
“I advise you to be stop it, Chelsea,” Olivia, who couldn’t stand it, said.
“Who, who do you like?” While Chelsea was pretending to be a woman willing to give up the man she
liked, there suddenly
came a voice that startled her.
She subconsciously looked in the direction of the voice, only to see Jameson, the fragile and
handsome man, holding a box of chocolate milk and looking blankly at her. He seemed to be expecting
an answer.
The Bally in Chelsea’s arms suddenly fell to the ground.
Her face turned ashy.
