Chapter 185
Waving goodbye to Drake who was heading out to the field to train, I walked in the
opposite direction to check on the hospital which was my mother’s favorite place, because she was a
doctor, but I wasn’t there for that, I was there to check on my father who was having his last check-up.
Walking leisurely followed by my two loyal bodyguards, I nodded my head to greet everyone who
passed me.
Being the daughter of the greatest Alpha king of all time like Rolf Titus was actually very hard because
everyone expected the amazing things I would soon do as a direct descendant of the Alpha king.
Talk about heavy burden… Well… I’m glad my parents never asked me to be great but I still sometimes
wish I had been born an ordinary person.
But those are just wishes, I’m so grateful to have Rolf and Gwen as my parents, they’re amazing.
“You look happy” The voice coming from next to me startled me and made me flinch so that I looked up
slightly knowing Astarot was already there.
Since when has he been there? I thought in shock and annoyance for not having the power of a wolf to
predict his arrival.
But then again, he is a Demon, so it seems that even if I had a wolf, he would still be able to surprise
me unpredictably.
D*mn Demon!
“What are you doing here?” I asked the handsome demon with a scowl.
He frown “Your expression is different when you are with your boyfriend..” I raised an eyebrow in
confussion.
Huh?
What does he mean?
What boyfriend?
I have no one…
“Are you drunk?” I shot the question and it irk an eybrow before he burst out laughing.

“No baby, human alcohol did not affect me” He said calmly and shock me.

Never thought he is imune to human alcohol.
“Oh.. I do not know that” I respond and make him chuckled.
“Why? Did it surprise you?” He smirking and make me blush by how the way he speak
to me.
Why he is acting like this now?
He is so strange….
“you are bipolar?” I blurt the words that make him burst out laughing before open the hospital door for
me and start walking inside with me “You following me” I added fast in a statement instead of question.
He nodded his head in a mockery way “Need to see if your father is okay, so I could leave from here”
My step stop immediately the moment I heard his words.
Frowned deeper, I look up to see him raise an eyebrow when he notice me stop walking “What’s
wrong?” He asked and start walking back to where I stand.
He’s leaving? I thought in my head and feel my heart break a little when I hear it.
Why?
Why am I reacting like this?
A single tear fall on my cheek from my eyes and shocken me. Astaroth who also notice me, slowly
raising his hand to touch my cheek softly with tenderness that I never thought a Demon had.
A tingling sensation was there the moment he touch me.
What is this feeling?
Why knowing him leaving breaking me to the point where I am crying like this?
What is happening to me?

For a few moments we stare at each other until someone clears their throat and I stare at my father
standing at the end of the door with raised eyebrows as he sees our current position, his hand touching
my cheek and tears flowing.
Sh*t!
He could be mistaken, I thought and quickly walked over to him before he got emotional and angry for
no reason at the Demon who I knew had powers beyond my
estimation.
Yes, I knew that Astaroth could easily defeat my father even though he was the strongest werwolf and
the king of werewolves, but our strength was nothing compared to this Demon beside me.
“Hey, are you done, dad?” I said hurriedly in order to distract him from the image he had just seen.
Please don’t be angry… please dad… I thought to myself and sighed softly as he looked back at me
and nodded his head with a smile.
“You came to pick me up?” He asked softly with a small smile.
Phew… he’s not mad, I said relieved inside.
“How are you, King Titus” My body tense in fear when I hear the Demon speak to my father casualy.
My father sighed “You’re still here, Astaroth?” He asked the demon bluntly and I have to hold my breath
to feel the coldness coming out from them.
Sh*t, this is not good.
I have to say something before they try to kill each other!!
“I’m just going to leave actually but know that I need to speak to you first” My breath hitch and I feel my
father’s eyes gaze on me when I am doing that but too coward to raise my eyes to meet my father’s or
the demon’s gaze.
What’s wrong with me?!
“um.. I shall just leave you two then” I told them without looking up to their eyes and
just walking away with hard feeling that I felt like now.
Walking faster, I take a turn on the right and lean my body on the wall breathlessly..

recognize him.
“Asmodeus!!!” I said in shocked and the demon named Asmodeus just give me a wide smile before
slowly he take another step closer to me.

I can just walk back to tell my father and the other about him, I thought and take astep behind which irk
an eyebrow from the bad demon.
“Where are you going, Princess?” She smirked evily and I only ggulped in nervousness.
Where is everyone!!!!
Sh*t, I have no wolf so I know I am not match to him!!!
“why aare you here, demon?” I dare myself to asked him and hear him laughing out loud.
Good.. laughing.. Laughing hard so people could hear it, I said on my head and try to hold my
expression when hear him still laughing.
It can’t be father can’t hear him being loud like that, I thought confidently.
The Demon, like he know what I have in my mind give me smile evily before raise a hand and I move
quickly to my left when I feel something pulled me and the things
that the demon try to stab me didn’t succeed and it just scratch my right shoulder.
“UUGHHH..!!!!”
Someone holding me and when I look up, I see two yellow eyes staring back at me in worry before i
could hear him growled in anger toward the demon in front of us who laugh louder like it was his
interntion to make him mad.
“Asmodeous…” He whisper in deep and cold voice to the demon.
The other demon keep his smile.
“Hello… Astaroth…”
