Throughout the meal, Kevan piled food on Larissa’s plate…
Each time, Larissa accented his help and thanked him sweetly.
Conversely, Dylan and Sharon were quite the opposite.

Kevan asked Larissa, “Where should we go now?”

had not been set, there was no need to rush back to the hotel.

“Alright.” With a smile, Kevan took Larissa’s bag and held her hand. He turned to Dylan and instructed, “Go home

“I’d rather work overtime at the office than go home with her!” Dylan said irritably.
He couldn’t help spouting unkind words due to his anger.
Sharon didn’t back down. “Do you think I want you to go home with me? I’d hoped that you would sleep at the
office every day! I’d rather have the bed to myself and roll around as I please!”
Dylan retorted. “Well, I’m going home to sleep tonight!”
Larissa rubbed her ears which were hurt by their bickering. She pulled Kevan and quickened their steps. “Let’s go
home quickly. I’m getting tired.”
“Sure.” Kevan ignored the two people behind them and left in the car with Larissa.
Kevan brought Larissa back to the home where they had lived while being married. He had been living here all
along.
Everything inside remained the same as when Larissa had left, except for the addition of many newly released
luxury items in the walk–in closet.
Kevan explained. “The luxury brands would send me catalogs every season. When I saw anything that suited you, I
had them delivered here.”
He always held hope that she would wear those clothes in a few years.
Today was the day that his wish came true.
Larissa didn’t know what to say.
Since she learned about his feelings toward her, she became more shy and feminine.
She felt less collected whenever he was around her.
Larissa also found that she was easily moved by some of his subtle gestures as well.
She silently wrapped her arms around Keyan’s waist and hurled her face in his chest.
She could hear his steady heartbeat.
“What should I do? I don’t want to leave you,” Larissa mullered under her breath.
Sharon mentioned that Dylan had to do overtime every day at Microworks Corporation in Kevan’s absence

Kevan embraced Larissa. He felt like his heart was ful to the brim.
Naturally, he didn’t want her to leave either. However, he didn’t dare to keep her here.

“I will come over soon, Be patient and wait for me.” Kevan stroked her long silky hair.

“Alright.” Larissa nodded and snuggled against his chest. Kevan’s heart was stirred with desire.

gaze carkened and his voice became hoarser than before.
Larissa could sense the change in his voice.
Startled, she was about to move away when Kevan pushed her against the wardrobe door that was behind her.
“It seems Ike we haven’t done it here, right?” Kevan said with a devilish smirk.
