After touching down in California, Vincent and the rest found themselves being promptly greeted by two sleek black Rolls-Royce cars waiting for them at the airport.
While this sight might have impressed some, in California, such luxury was a common occurrence, leaving the airport staff relatively unfazed.
The two impressive Rolls-Royces glided smoothly through the city streets, heading straight for their destination: Evangeline Mansion.
As they rode in towards their destination, Vincent couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions upon seeing a picture of someone he once met for a brief time.
It was Zelena's picture on the billboards. It had been a long time since they last interacted, and her image brought back memories of her
"I'm glad she survived that gun wound," a smile formed on his face.
He had almost forgotten about her because she became too insignificant after all that had happened in his life. He realized now how much he had changed; he was definitely not the same as before.
Finally, they reached Evangeline Mansion, it was the same mansion from his memory, but it has become much livelier now.
Inside, he could see different types of supernaturals mingling together, and their previous differences and animosity seemed to have been replaced with camaraderie.
The transformation in the atmosphere was a testament to the power of being under one absolute leadership.

"Supreme Leader, you're back," Lowell hurriedly greeted as he saw Vincent's arrival.
"Little Lowell, you have grown older," he smiled warmly at him.
Hearing Vincent call him by that affectionate nickname again, Lowell couldn't help but feel touched. He knew he was the only person who called him that.
"I'm so glad you still remember me, Lord Fenrir," Lowell said, his voice choked with emotion. Memories of past mistakes flooded his mind, but he was determined to make amends. "I promise to serve you faithfully from now on."
"Don't worry about the past . And that's my old name, call me Vincent from now on," he chuckled, showing the ease and familiarity of their old friendship.
"Yes, Supreme Leader Vincent," Lowell respectfully replied, acknowledging his words. They might be old friends, but he understood the importance of titles and symbols in their world.
Vincent noticed the hesitance in Lowell's actions. He couldn't help but be amazed at how much this Lowell differed from the brat in Fenrir's memory.
"Let's go, my old friend. We have a meeting to catch up on," Vincent said, patting Lowell's shoulder.
It was a simple gesture, but it carried the weight of honoring his friendship before with Fenrir .
The two of them walked together, with the girls following close behind.
Along the way, they encountered people whom Fenrir had known before, and Vincent made sure to acknowledge them with a nod or a brief greeting.
However, he knew that his role as Supreme Leader required a certain level of detachment, and he couldn't afford to get too involved in personal matters.
Inside the meeting room.
Evangeline sat across the table, facing Vincent alone because she had instructed everyone to give them a few minutes of privacy.
Her face showed signs of anxiety as she found herself confronting the changed Vincent, who now resembled Fenrir more than ever, right down to his long hair.
She had spoken to him on the phone before, but being in his presence now felt entirely different.
The weight of their history together, the memories they shared, and the changes that had taken place since they last met all seemed to converge in this moment. It was a mix of emotions that she couldn't fully express over the phone.
"Brother Fenrir, I..." She wanted to speak, but no words came out of her mouth.
She was a strong, independent woman, but in front of Fenrir, she felt nothing but vulnerability—a small woman yearning to explain herself.
"Don't worry, Evangeline. I won't scold you," he reassured her. Acting in this manner was truly difficult for him, but he knew it was necessary.
"I'm really sorry " she apologized .
Vincent's heart softened as he saw the tears welling up in her red eyes. Her words touched him deeply, and he could feel the sincerity in her apology.
"We only wanted to save you," she continued, her voice trembling like that of a young woman, adding an extra layer of sadness to the scene. "I'm sorry if you have to endure all of this."

He would be a heartless bastard if he could hate such a sweet and dedicated woman.
"You sacrificed more things. You endured more hardship just to save me. I will never hate you for that," he replied, his voice soft and filled with understanding.
"Come closer," he said, raising both of his hands, inviting her for a hug.
Seeing this, she slowly walked towards him. Her heart beat faster with each step, as if it might burst from the overwhelming emotions she was experiencing.
Then, when she was within his reach, he immediately took her right hand and pulled her closer.
She felt a mix of emotions as Vincent's warm embrace enveloped her. His body felt like a soothing balm, easing the pain in her heart.
The burden of guilt that had weighed heavily on her heart seemed to ease with his presence and acknowledgedmenr.
In that moment, she felt safe and understood.
"I feel like kissing her," he muttered to himself, almost in surprise as he saw Evangeline's healed body.
Now that she had regained her power, her body had undergone some changes, becoming more refined than before.
She was still shorter than average, but her beautiful face compensated for her height.
"Do you still love me ?" She asked.
"Of course I love you, Evangeline. Thank you for all your hard work" he said as he kissed her forehead, then her nose, and finally her lips. It was her favorite intimate act in the past.
"I love you too, Brother Fenrir,"
