Chapter 1109 Don't Be Under Pressure
Even though she had no memories before coming to this villa when the real house appeared before her eyes and
she found herself in such an environment, tears uncontrollably flowed like a dam breaking.
Before Huston could comfort her emotions, the villa's front gate suddenly opened from the inside. Sadie saw the
two returning and hurriedly walked up. With age came sensitivity, and though they were masters and servants, both
Evelyn and Huston treated her well, creating an additional bond. Seeing them return, Sadie's eyes welled up, "Mr.
Lloyd, Miss Shelton, you're finally back!"
Upon seeing Sadie, Evelyn froze for a moment. Her vision blurred, and fragmented memories flashed before her,
just like in Yazton. She stumbled, and Huston furrowed his brow, supporting her, "Evelyn?"

her head, causing a throbbing ache.
It wasn't the first time this had happened. Huston knew she was emotionally affected and remembering something.
However, each time he saw her in pain, he felt both happy that she was recovering her memories about them and
worried about her well-being. It was truly tormenting.
He held her close and led her into the house. As she took in the familiar decor, Evelyn remained dazed as if a slow
button had been pressed. From the living room to the dining room, then to the kitchen, from the first floor to the
second, and finally to the third, she pushed open the door to the master bedroom. Looking at the simple yet
luxurious room, her heart went through twists and turns, but she couldn't recall anything.
It felt incomplete, like a perfect puzzle missing a piece, leaving her both regretful and frustrated.
Just then, a sturdy arm reached over from behind, and a warm, dry palm covered her eyes, blocking everything
from her view.
Huston felt her eyelashes brush against his palm in a panicked manner. He used his other arm to embrace her
slender waist and pulled her into his arms, "Don't rush it. You'll remember everything in time. No pressure."
"I can't remember..." Evelyn said dejectedly, trying to remove his hand, but he held her shoulder firmly and turned
her back.
His deep, ink-like gaze pressed down on her, "Evelyn, look at me."
His warm voice reached her ears with a hint of firmness, making her look at him.
"No one said you have to remember everything, and I won't demand that you recall everything within a certain
time frame. For me, having you back is already the best outcome. Do you understand?" He spoke clearly, one word
at a time.
How could she not understand?

However, understanding was one thing; she couldn't help feeling anxious. Every day she couldn't remember was a
day of her life missing. She didn't want to lose the rich and colorful memories, especially as time passed, and her
resistance towards Huston diminished. She wanted to know more about this man, but she couldn't right now.
Evelyn hesitated, meeting his gaze. Her pink lips opened and closed before she finally stuttered, "But it's not fair to
you. You've done so much for me, and I can't remember..."
Upon hearing her words, Huston's expression darkened. His voice took on a hint of sternness as he spoke again,
"I've told you before, I'm good to you not because I expect you to repay me. Just accept it with peace of mind."
"But I can't do that," Evelyn placed her hand over her left chest, "It tells me I can't, that you're an important person
to me."
