"They're saying that many of our partners have backed out, and the company might face a financial crisis. Why didn't you tellany of this?" Her frustration stemmed from more than just the situation. It was his attitude that hurt her most. He hadn't told her anything, clearly not wanting her to be involved in his problems. Did he even see her as part of his life?
