Chapter 556 "We have nothing to do with each other anymore, so he couldn't have been following me, right?" Nadine asked.
As a fellow man, Sebastian saw through Brad's intentions more clearly than Nadine did. If Brad really wanted to reconcile with Nadine, Nadine probably wouldn't be able to stop him.
After listening to Sebastian's analysis, Nadine stopped laughing. She blinked and nonchalantly waved her hand, saying, "Mr. Caldwell, there's no love betweenand Brad. In fact, there never was.
"You need to understand that marriage requires love at its base. A marriage without love is like a building without a foundation-sure to collapse. So what if Brad wants to mend things? Who can guarantee that I'll still be waiting for him in the splace? "After going through so much pain and disappointment, all I want is to jump out of this swamp. I don't want to fall into this love trap again, alright?" Up until now, Nadine still felt that there was something wrong with what Sebastian was saying. There was no way Brad would cback to her.

This was simply disgusting to Nadine.
In any case, she was never going to reconcile with Brad. There was absolutely no possibility of that.
Nadine's clear-headedness left Sebastian deeply impressed. He stood there, momentarily stunned, gazing into her bright eyes in a daze.
Nadine was confident and carefree. She let go without hesitation when necessary, cut her losses while she was ahead, and showed remarkable wisdom.
When Nadine loved Brad, she gave it her all. But she realized he didn't love her and that her efforts weren't reciprocated. Thus, she cut him off without hesitation and promptly withdrew. This decisiveness made her stand out amongst the crowd. Through this conversation, Sebastian suddenly realized that his admiration for Nadine had grown into something more. It had grown into an affection between a man and a woman.
"Nadine, you're so wise. It makesfeel inadequate in comparison," Sebastian finally said.
Nadine playfully stuck out her tongue and waved her hands in denial. "Oh, con. It's all spoken from experience." She then added, "I just remembered didn't you want to see the school I went to? Let's go. I'll take you there." Sebastian nodded and followed behind Nadine, his eyes filled with admiration.

"Nadine, I asked you for 500 thousand dollars, and you spent all the money on Grandma's medical bills? What's the meaning of this? Where's my money?" Victoria asked.
