"Mr. Harrowsen, we apologize for our poor arrangement, bringing you an unpleasant experience. His Highness
wishes to invite you over to apologize in person!"
Although Dustin was low-key, the power behind him was anything but. The apology was, in fact, a discussion on
cooperation in warship production.
