Chapter 765 It's All in the Past
Rowena was kicked out of the Walter family. The very sight of her disgusted Graham, and
there was no way he would allow her to stay, so he had his lawyer prepare for divorce.
After everything was settled, he turned to Evan, who was still in his home, looking a little
stunned.
"I'm sorry you had to watch the whole circus.’
"Mr. Walter, don't worry about it. Jenny is my family, and you're her family, so you're my
family too."
What had happened made Evan realize how much Jenny had suffered at Rowena's hands.
His words changed Graham's perception of Evan. Of course, Graham knew Evan had

sweethearts. However, if he really had feelings for her, why did he only come to pursue
her now?
He didn't know the reason, nor did he want to ask. Hence, he stuck to exchanging
pleasantries and small talk.
Later, when Jenny sent Evan to the door, she said, "Be careful on the way back, Evan."
"Jenny, I'm sorry." Evan’s apology confused Jenny. "If I hadn't left back then and had been
by your side all along, maybe you wouldn't have suffered so much."
At the very least, he wouldn't allow Jenny to marry Alec, nor would he allow anyone to
bully her.
Jenny chuckled. "It's all in the past. Look at how well I turned out."
"Well, you're right. It's all in the past." With him around, Jenny would never suffer again.
He reached out and patted Jenny's head. "Go back and comfort Mr. Walter.
I think he's not feeling very well."
Although Graham didn't like Rowena, they were married for many years. He wouldn't feel
good finding out that she cheated on him.
Jenny nodded before heading back in. In the living room, Graham was still in the same
position he had been in when Jenny left. Seeing her, he asked," Has he left?"
Jenny nodded. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine," Graham said, though he didn't look fine.

Graham didn't refuse her offer. Her massage really did make him feel much better.
"It was my fault. If it weren't for Rowena, you wouldn't have been in danger, " Graham
said, feeling guilty.
"Don't blame yourself. Who would have imagined she was so crazy?"
"Yeah, who would have thought?" Graham sighed. Although he didn't like Rowena, he still
respected her. He thought she would be content with what she had, but...
Sighing again, Graham said, "Sometimes I can't help but wonder if I am part of the
problem too. Did all of this happen because I treated her badly?"
Jenny paused and looked at him. "Don't blame yourself for someone else's mistakes. Even
if you treated her well. I’m sure she wouldn't have been satisfied." "Well, that makes
sense." Although sometimes he felt guilty for what had happened, he didn't exactly think
he was at fault. Even if he was, Rowena could have chosen to divorce him instead of doing
what she had done.
