Chapter 720 You're Behind This, Aren't You?

"You can go ahead being deceived by her if you like. It has nothing to do with me. I just

want to tell you to visit your grandfather in Parrington if you can. Don't you know that he's

in the hospital right now?” Jenny had given up on whether he liked her or not.

Alec's face darkened. 'I don't need you to remind me of it."

"If you don't, you'd have gone back to Parrington. Do you really think he would care if you

have amnesia?” Jenny couldn't figure him out. If he honestly lost his memories, Old Mr.

Faust would only help him. He wouldn't hurt him.

Jenny grew frustrated seeing Alec like that. She said, 'No one really cares that you've lost

your memories. Don't keep thinking that everyone is out to get you. They’d have to be

powerful enough for that. You've lost your memories, not your emotions, Alec. I don't want

you to do anything you might regret."

She had given Old Mr. Faust a call before. She could tell that he truly missed Alec. On top

of that, he sounded weak. It was obvious that he wasn't getting any better in the hospital.

Jenny got up once she was done speaking. She added, "Blake is a psychologist. I hope that

you'll analyze everything that she says. Don't let her misguide you."

After that, she left. She didn't care if Alec took her words to heart.

Alec didn't leave. He sat in the coffee shop, drinking another cup of coffee. He seemed to

have woken up from a spell.

He hadn't just lost his memories. He had lost all of his feelings toward his loved ones. He

didn't think much of it before, but now, he felt uncomfortable.

He knew that Old Mr. Faust was an extremely important person to him, but because of his

amnesia, he couldn't figure out exactly how much. He didn't have that sort of empathy.

Something like his grandfather lying in the hospital wouldn't affect him much.

However, Jenny's words made him realize that he was wrong. Perhaps he had to find his

memories back.

At this thought, he reserved a seat on a flight back to Parrington. It was time for him to

see his grandfather.

After their meeting in the coffee shop, Jenny no longer went to see Alec. But when she

knew that he had gone to Parrington to visit his grandfather, she heaved a sigh of relief.

Fortunately, Alec had not lost his emotions despite losing his memories.

Today was her first day of work at Bardoff Hospital. Jenny got up early, not wishing to

leave a bad first impression.

Jenny sat at the table, eating her breakfast calmly. "Where did you hear that from?"
