There were many men in black robes in the distance who shouted in unison. As soon as they spoke, they rushed towards Austin.

Those men were at the level of sect ancestors. Being Ervin's capable subordinates, they were there to save him.

None of them would think twice to do anything for Ervin, even if it meant to sacrifice themselves.

Austin said with a sinister, playful look in his eyes.

"You scum! How dare you! Keep in mind that the underworld will never let you go, if you take my life!" Ervin snarled.

He had never been threatened by anyone earlier. But hearing those words from Austin made his blood boil in fury.

Austin had made up his mind. And he hated it when anyone threatened or degraded him. Before Ervin could speak any more

insulting words, Austin made his move. He crushed the haughty Ervin to pieces.

Then Austin kept Ervin's spiritual soul hanging mid-air.

Losing his body had completely baffled Ervin.

He was in so much pain that he couldn't help but scream vehemently.

"Brat! Set Ervin free now."

Suddenly, a deep voice suddenly cfrom far away.

The voice that echoed in the air was stern and overbearing. It exuded power as if to say no one could defy him.

"It's the voice of that formidable existence from the underworld again!" Austin thought.

He bechighly alert as he tried to look around.

"Why should | do that?" Austin asked flatly.

The overbearing power of the voice scared Austin a little, but he didn't show it. Instead he had a calm smile on his face.

In fact, his first instinct was to flee, but before he could do that a thought hit him.

'It looks like this formidable being somehow couldn't do anything to me.

Otherwise, possessing so much power, he could have already taken action and saved Ervin instead of threatening me.

Perhaps he is in a distant place and cannot get here quickly.

Or perhaps, there are srules that prevent masters from traveling from one universe to a relative weak one.’

The fear in Austin's heart gradually dissipated as he tried to guess the being's inability to attack him.

"Well, you've got to do as | say, because | am the leader of the underworld,"

the voice replied in a serious tone.

Austin was taken aback. He couldn't believe that the formidable being was the leader of the underworld himself.

It was an undeniable truth that the leader of the underworld was a big nand terrified all the creatures of every universe.

Even the most powerful figures of the Immortal World were respectful towards him and were eager to make acquaintance with him.

He was a fearslord, clearly, one of the most powerful and influential figures in many universes.

Basically, no one had the ability or courage to refuse him.

Recognizing his voice, Ervin got excited.

"Savesir! Destroy him.

He has killed a lot of our men," Ervin shouted excitedly.

This was a wonderful chance for he hated Austin to the extreme.

He believed that he would be able to survive now since the leader of the underworld had personally cto rescue him.

In his mind, the leader of the underworld was like a God, and there was nothing in the world that he couldn't do.

"You son of a bitch! Letgo!

Huh! How dare you treatlike this? Now you'll pay and I'll make you suffer!" Ervin's spiritual soul yelled at Austin.

Ervin really got carried away with excitement. He even began to imagine how he would torture Austin the second he was set free.

"lI don't care if you're the leader of the underworld. This man's hands are soaked with the blood of billions of creatures in this

universe. No one can save him from me,"

Austin sneered.

"And you, tto go to hell!"

Without wasting a moment, Austin hit Ervin's spiritual soul with his hand.

As shrilly screams filled the air, Ervin's soul was shattered to pieces.

"How dare you defy my order?" the leader of the underworld thundered.

It did not matter, where he was. But his anger passed across the space barrier and reached the universe where Austin was

standing.

Cold winds blew around, ghostly shadows appeared, and corpse miasma filled the universe.

"Human brat, | will slay you today!" the leader of the underworld huffed.

His voice clearly showed how much he was filled with fury.

He always had thought highly of Ervin. But that moment he watched the latter die even though he had got involved and tried to

save him.

A loud thudding sound filled the air.

After the noise, a giant showed up in the underworld.

He exuded remarkably powerful vibes. The next moment, he flew into the air with full speed and moved towards the universe

where Austin was located.

The figure was so strong that he tore the space as he proceeded and created a spatial passage. Then he got into the passage and

continued his journey. He seemed arrogant and domineering.

After a while, the giant appeared on the verge of the universe where Austin stood. The figure's eyes were as big as a star.

The giant was incredibly strong. The moment he shook his head, it caused the space around him to collapse. Black cracks

appeared all around.

After that, he started emitting an overbearing aura that spread out in the air.

Perceiving the aura, all the creatures at different places were scared to death. They knelt down against their will and trembled with

fear.

"Oh no! It's the leader of the underworld!

| can't believe he left the underworld. Where is he going now? What is he going to do?"

"How is it possible? What has made him leave the underworld?

Did something earth-shattering happen?"

Many masters, who were around, identified the giant with the use of their spiritual sense. They had no idea what the leader of the

underworld was up to. They had not seen him appear unless something really bad was to happen.

The avatar of the underworld's leader had set his eyes on Austin using his spiritual sense.

Each of his eyes was as big as a sun. And they seemed to be fixed on Austin!
