Tanya sat listlessly at the kitchen table, absently peeling an orange, her mind simmering with irritation. A thought struck her out of the blue that the boss might be playing her for a fool. It was likely all a ruse to stir up trouble, to pave the way for Leopold to divorce Megan. She needed to find Megan's child fast, or it would be too late once she got kicked out of the Stirling family.
After a day by the pond, Aurelia brought the freshly picked roses to the living room. She washed the rose petals they had peeled earlier, dried them on the container, mixed them with sugar and honey, and kneaded them with might. After that, she stored the jam in a clean and dry jar.
Leah and her siblings were already chomping at the bit to dig in.
When Aurelia presented the rose jam at the dining table, the siblings were rubbing their hands together in anticipation, licking their lips, ready to feast.
Jessica watched the two little food lovers with a smile. "Here, kids. The rose jam looks good, right? Dig in. You can put it to your salad and bread." They eagerly picked up their forks and speared srose jam on their bread, taking a bite. It tasted sweet with a subtle hint of floral fragrance.

Tanya waved her hand dismissively. "You go ahead. | can't do sweets." Jessica, though a fan of indulgence, was mindful of her age and couldn't overdo the sweet treats, so she sampled just a few.
And the younger crowd had devoured the rest.
Meanwhile, Leopold was holed up in his room upstairs, secretly enjoying the bread with rose jam his wife had squirreled away for him. Her homemade treats were incomparable.
He felt a surge of warmth, sensing that his presence in Aurelia's heart had solidified. At least for the moment, she seemed to think of him in everything she did, not overlooking him anymore.
He hoped it wasn't only wishful thinking.
They all stayed over at the villa that night.
Leah asked Aurelia what they should do for fun, and Aurelia replied with a smile, "I was thinking of making srose ice creams for a late-night snack. Why don't we make it together?" "Sounds great," Leah and Skyler responded in unison.
Leah was eager to learn cooking skills to prepare meals for Avery while he was busy filming on set.
The three of them entered the kitchen, with Aurelia guiding while the other two gave it a shot.
An hour later, the rose ice cream was ready.
By this time, Jessica and Tanya had retired to their rooms to rest.
Aurelia told Skyler to take sice cream to Tanya and Leah to Jessica, seizing the opportunity to take a portion to Leopold.

Skyler visited Tanya in her room.
"Aunt Tanya, this is the rose ice cream | made. You've got to try it and tellhow it tastes!" Tanya, a sweet tooth at heart, couldn't resist Skyler's expectant look and agreed to give it a taste.
She scooped a spoonful and took a bite. "Not bad." Skyler beamed. "This is the first tI've ever set foot in the kitchen to make something. You have to finish it, okay?" "Is this your way of showing your affection, kiddo?" Tanya chuckled.
Skyler nodded earnestly. "Yeah." Tanya enjoyed a few more spoonfuls of the ice cream and then reached out to ruffle his hair.
"I'll be heading hsoon, and it worriesto leave you here alone. If you want to be sweet to me, you'll go hwith me." Speaking of leaving, Skyler got upset and pouted his lips.
"I've decided to make my life here. I'm enjoying teaching. With Jessica and Leopold around, no one can mess with me. The Stirling family is the most formidable in Elysium." Tanya looked at him, persuading, "You're easily swayed by a few nice words, getting carried away. No matter how good it seems out there, can it ever compare to home?"
