Fiona mulled this over for a bit and asked, "But I've never seen my dad lift a finger all these years?"
"That's because things are calm around here now, and nothing's really been worth his time." Harold teased,
giving Fiona's head a playful nudge. "If you're really curious about your dad's glory days, you should ask your
godfather."
"Why ask him?" Fiona looked puzzled.
How would her godfather know about her dad's past exploits?
"I reckon your godfather and your dad were love rivals back in the day. He probably did his homework on your
dad."

Just as James was about to leave, Fiona called out, "Godfather! I'm staying over at your place tonight!"
"Fiona, your godfather has a meeting tomorrow..."
Before Sophie could finish, Colby chimed in, "If she wants to go, let her."
Colby held Sophie's hand, not at all worried about Fiona possibly bothering James. He figured with someone else
watching Fiona, he and Sophie could enjoy salone time.
"I'm coming too."
Alec quickly added, coming up with an excuse, "I... I'll keep an eye on Fiona."
"Let's go."
James didn't object.
The driver was already waiting outside.
Odie watched as Alec and Fiona left one after the other and remarked, "Colby, is Fiona dating that Tredgold kid?"
"Alec and Fiona?" Sophie frowned, thinking it over, "I doubt it."
"Then that Tredgold kid must have a thing for Fiona," Odie said
