Chapter 2913: The Fruit of Existence I2913 The Fruit of Existence I
Fruit of Existence.
What was it?
Why was it of such profound relevance that the very backing and authority of what was known as the Codex of Extremity…
was powered by the Fruits of Existence to initiate Mors Apokalypsis?
Why was this fruit cultivated over eons from the Existential Extremity Authorities of Vitalis and Vacuous?
These were once questions with no foreseeable answers.
They were.
But no longer.
Within the weaving of a Record being etched concurrently into existence.
It was not within the Vitalis Annals of Extremity nor the Vacuous Annals of Extremity- frankly, it wasn't even in the Aeonic Annals of Extremity that encompassed the Existential Domains and even the Archaeos Vitalis and Vacuous Pylos!
It was within the Weaving of a Record outside of all of this.
In this Record, a serene white sea could be seen stretching out for light years.
At the center of this white sea, a circular table and two white thrones facing each other could be seen as on one of these thrones, there sat a woman adorned in a white dress pulsing with authority.
Her silver white hair radiated purity as her white pupils changed colors every now and then, her beauty utterly ecstatic!
The table before her held a plate full of translucent fruits, a teapot, and cups- one of which she was raising and sipping herself as she waited for someone.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtShe was none other than Basileus Anaine, and the one she was waiting for…
"The Great Anaine hasn't been waiting for too long, right?"
A feminine voice came out right behind her as if it was always there.
And yet Basileus Anaine was unfettered as she didn't react one bit, continuing to sip her tea calmly as the presence behind her instantly warped to appear on the opposing throne, tanned radiant caramel hands coming down to grab a translucent fruit as an utterly astonishing visage of a woman bit down on it while reveling in its taste.
Her hair was dark as her face was pristine, with her figure being adorned by a fiery red gold dress as her whole visage burned with a unique Existential Extremity Authority.
Basileus Anaine would recognize this authority many weavings away.
The Existential Extremity Authority of Ignis!
From the Legacy of Lethith overseeing the Existential Domains of Ignis, she was…
"Basileus Sarynn. You came exactly when you were supposed to."
"I did, didn't I? Never did I think I would see you again so soon. Have things already been set in motion? For me to receive that signal, it must mean…"
Even though she just sat, Basileus Sarynn of the Legacy of Lethith seductively bit onto the Fruit of Existence while leaning forward, her devilishly gorgeous visage coming close to Basileus Anaine until she was inches away!
To the extent that she could clearly see the outline of the lips and the hot circulation of authority on the surface of the skin.
To that point, Basileus Anaine frowned and spoke succinctly.
"You continue to ignore boundaries. How about we focus on business?"
…!
Business.
What business could the daughter of the Archon Basileus Al-
Abalem have with an entity of a different Legacy?
An entity overseeing an entirely different Existential Domain?
A pouting expression appeared on Basileus Sarynn as she leaned all the way back into her throne while licking her lips of the juices of the Fruit of Existence.
"Mmm, business. The business of treachery, my dear Anaine. But have you collected enough of the Panaceas of Existence? These gorgeous elixirs of life that keep everything moving? Without enough of these, mobilizing a sufficient force will be hard."
She smiled as she twirled the Fruit of Existence in her hands with fondness.
As if even the one she was eating was something so utterly prized!
At her question, Basileus Anaine let out a smile as she thought about a few things.
"Since we last talked, a few things have changed. Naturally, so do our plans. And the Fruits of Existence…there won't be a requirement as high as before."
…!
Changes had occurred.
Changes that caused the brows of Basileus Sarynn to rise as she sat seriously on her throne, a heavy and veiled discussion blooming at this moment as it showed the intricacies of Legacies…were anything but simple.
But most of all…everything seemed to be rotating around a single object.
A single construct.
Something that shone with a translucent light as it was none other than the Fruit of Existence!
Basileus Sarynn looked at her while a thoughtful look developed on her face, a sense of seriousness coming in as she spoke slowly.
"Taking down an Archon Basileus is almost an impossibility. Are you sure about this move, Anaine? Profits aside. Glory aside. The difficulty and aftermath alone will be tremendous as inheriting the title of Archon thereafter…must you go so far?"
…!
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmThe words were heavy.
When Basileus Anaine listened to all of them, her gaze didn't change once as her eyes remained unphased.
She stared out into the white sea around her as her eyes turned sharp, staring out into this concurrently unfolding Record as she replied.
"There are many Legacies out there, and there are abundant Existential Domains. Over the eons, Legacies have been replaced. Wars have erupted. Those who have a say in the rise and fall…are those who control the Fruit."
WAA!
She turned back to gaze at Basileus Sarynn calmly.
"And without becoming an Archon Basileus, I cannot control anything. I cannot dream of overseeing multiple Existential Domains under me. I cannot dream of surviving long enough to be free. And without the dreams of our existence…what are we but mere shells?"
"..."
Immense silence descended as the two women looked at each other.
Basileus Sarynn once more turned down to lock her gaze onto the Fruits of Existence before her as she sighed.
"Such a small thing, and yet its sway and pull over the dreams of all others is just astonishing, isn't it."
Her existence throbbed at it.
Her records danced just by being near it.
And because of this fruit…a daughter would betray a father.
A ruling would change one legacy would shine ever brighter while another…
"Very well."
…!
Basileus Sarynn came to a decision!
