"Listen to me!" Lily could tell that Olivia was starting to lose it and quickly said, "I know you're worried about him now. We are too!
But no one knows what's going on and why he’s doing this. Don't act rashly until this is all figured out. We'll at least have to trust
the Edward we know, right?"
Lily sounded calm, but her heart was racing as well.
Olivia was silent for a moment before she nodded. "Okay, | understand!"
"Good. The most important thing for you now is to take care of yourself and the baby inside you. You shouldn't get too riled up.
Understand?" After a few more words of advice, Lily was about to hang up.
However, Olivia seemed to think of something again and said, "Wait! Since you've been occupied, I've helped you with sof

"Okay." Lily nodded. "Thank you for helping me."
After saying that, she hung up.
She had not had tto check her emails. She turned her head toward the study and saw that Alexander was still occupied with
the matter, staring intently at the computer screen and typing away on the keyboard.
She let out a faint sigh and was about to check her mailbox when her phone rang again.
"Did | disturb your rest?" The voice on the phone was clear, teasing her. However, she knew that it must be vital for him to call her
at this time.
"Did you get the result?" Lily wasn't up for nonsense and asked directly.
"Tsk, | thought I'd disturb your sleep and get a scolding before we get down to brass tacks. | didn't expect this softer side of you.
Did becoming a mother change you?" Benedict asked with a smile.
Rolling her eyes, Lily walked forward. "Enough nonsense!"
"Look at you! Still the sas before," he said before cutting to the chase. "Do you remember when you askedto hack into
someone's database?"
"You couldn't do it?" She raised her eyebrow.

She did remember asking him to do this, but she had so much on her plate on her trip to Department X that she did not have time
to check with him on this. The people from the old research institute had long since disappeared since the place was abandoned.
She had no idea where those data had been taken.
"Are you kidding me? I'm a god. How can | not do it? It's just that the content in the database is a bit scary." Smacking his tongue,
Benedict suddenly lowered his voice and asked mysteriously, "What the hell is that database for?"
"You shouldn't ask so much. Do you understand what you saw?" Lily was a little curious. She did not see the classified information
there, but she presumed it was similar to the data she entered.
Most were experimental data with professional words and terminology, changes, experiment results, et cetera. Logically speaking,
it was impossible for Benedict to understand.
Benedict chuckled and said, "I don't quite understand the numbers and stuff, but don't forget what | used to work as. There are
