Uncle,” Louis nodded reassuringly.

As Ava and Jeremy fell silent, Kara laughed lightly. “Little Angels, how about we catch up with Philip?

glance, hoping the other would speak first. In the end, Jeremy gave up.

your room.”

Jeremy pursed his mouth. “But I still want to say hello to your mother. The twins said we should talk to

your mother more often.” He pushed open the door and stepped inside.

“Hey,” Ava grimaced awkwardly, “I told you. You don’t need to see my mother. We’re nothing, okay?

You and I are just friends. Don’t cross

the line.”
