voice tinged with jealousy.
She regretted not tagging along; if she had known they’d be away this long, she definitely
would have.
Ameera and Sylvia exchanged puzzled looks at these words.
Cordelia rushed to clarify, “Mdm. Ameera, don’t mind Ninette’s wild tales. Yelena is
actually my third sister. Rys went with her because they had some very important
business. to attend to.”
