Chapter 1900 A Lengthy Talk

He took his phone out, unlocked it, and gave it to Cindy. “Wanna take a look?”

Cindy knew he misunderstood her, so she waved her hands. “It’s fine. I’m not trying to say anything. Just making

conversation here.”

The driver smiled. “I’m not saying you’re accusing me of anything. It’s just, well, I can’t talk too much about this.

You guys should look at it yourself.”

Cindy took the phone, and she noticed that it was a WhatsApp group chat window. She scrolled through the chat

and noticed that they were talking about Ian, much to her surprise. She thought the drivers should have seen

everything in the entertainment industry, so they shouldn’t be curious about any celebrity’s life. However, when she

saw the chat, she realized that it wasn’t true. They were talking about Ian’s love life.

Ian had made his love life public, and she even received an interview alongside Ian as well. They didn’t hide

anything. She scrolled up, and when she saw the earlier messages, it surprised her, since there were some guys

who were saying that Yulia and Ian were having an affair.

It was another celebrity’s driver. He said he noticed Yulia going to a lot of sets and asked the crew about Ian’s

status.

Yulia and Ian knew each other back when they had a photoshoot for a magazine cover, and there was even a

scandal about them not long after that. Yulia didn’t clarify the scandal, and since she never did talk to Ian after that,

the public guessed that they weren’t good friends. Yulia going around asking about Ian, his work, and all the little

things he did during work was out of character for her.

Rumors always spread fast, especially in the entertainment industry. Once a person proposed that Yulia might have

a crush on Ian, people would start popping up and support the first theory. Thanks to that, almost everyone in the

group chat was starting to think that Ian and Yulia might be in a relationship. Worst of all, some even said that they

had a sordid affair.

Cindy looked through the content, but since she couldn’t do anything about it, she handed the phone back to the

driver. “It’ll clear up eventually. I can’t comment on this, since the public will think we have something to hide.”

Not to mention it was a hard thing to clarify too, since there were a few nuggets of truth among the sands of lies.

For example, they said that Yulia might have a crush on Ian, and that was an indisputable fact. Yulia had always

been a straightforward woman, so anyone could see through her. It was just the beginning, and she might cause a

bigger problem down the line. If they tried to refute it, whatever Yulia might pull would overturn their first

clarification.

The driver took the phone and shook his head. “I never saw this coming, but honestly, Yulia is a daring one. Either

way, now that Ian already has a girlfriend, she has to keep it to herself even if she does have a crush on him. But

now I think she wants to tell the whole world how she feels.”

Cincy reclined into the seat. “That’s just how she is.” I don’t think she’ll be that stupid as to go public with her

feelings. She won’t tell anyone that she’s trying to steal him away, but she’s a straightforward woman, and it’s hard

to hide it when you like someone, especially for Yulia. She’s proud, so if she can’t get Ian, she’ll try to steal him

away. It’s possible that she’ll do something stupid in the heat of the moment.

Ian sighed. “Let’s just go. As long as I keep quiet about this, it’ll be none of our business. Just ignore her.”
