Chapter 615
Walking into the room, Serenity was surprised to find the room not empty. She thought everything would be gone,
but the miscellaneous items were the only things removed. The room looked more like the room before she had
gone to prison.
If there was any of her mother’s belongings… Serenity had kept her mother’s belongings in a box under her bed.
Serenity went to the bed and tried to drag the box out from under the bed.
“Let me.” Jackson crouched down and helped Serenity drag the box out. The dust kicked up in the room and dirtied
his clothes.
“Sorry about that,” Serenity said. She knew Jackson had always been very particular about cleanliness. He would

“What’s there to be sorry about? Isn’t it a man’s duty to help his woman?” Jackson replied.
‘His woman. Serenity’s checks flushed at the way Jackson declared her to be his, but soon after, the box in front of
her took all her attention.
There were many memories in this box. Serenity’s old clothes and accessories, the paintings her mother drew with
her, and the little toys her mother had bought for her. Everything was here.
Unfortunately, she was still too young when her mother had died, and she had lost most of her mother’s
belongings. Not much of her mother’s belongings were left when she got older.
Serenity opened the box. Her eyes reddened seeing the familiar things in the box. ‘All of it. It’s all here!‘
When she got out of prison, she had tried to retrieve the box and take them with her, but her father had refused.
She had even almost lost the photo album she had with her mother. It had almost gotten burned when she had
tried to recover it.
Serenity thought her father had thrown everything away. She thought she would never get them back. She never
thought she would find them again. Tears welled in her eyes and dripped down her face.
Jackson frowned slightly. “I didn’t do this to make you cry,” he said and raised his hand to gently wipe her tears.
Jackson had never been able to handle Serenity’s tears. His heart would ache whenever he saw them.
“I’m just too happy to see these things again,” Serenity explained, her eyes still teary, but her lips curled into a
happy smile.
Leaning forward, Jackson cupped her chin and kissed the teardrops away. “Then just smile, no tears. Serenity, I
wish you could
smile more.

“Okay.” Serenity sniffled and tried her best to stop the tears. She wrapped her hands around his neck. “Jack, thank
you.”
“Didn’t you thank me already? Jackson reminded her.
”
“That’s different.” Serenity said, “I may never have seen these things again if not for you. Thank you for helping me
find then again.”
“I just want you to be happy,” Jackson soothed her. He would do anything for her happiness.
“I’m really happy,” Serenity assured jackson. Taking the initiative, she kissed him on the lips, wanting to convey her
joy, her gratitude, and her love for him in this kiss.
Jackson was very cooperative and willingly let Serenity lead him in this kiss. She was his whole world. Only she could
do this to
