Chapter 419
Milly reluctantly pushed George into the cockpit. “Alright, don’t worry. Go on. You can still see outside from in
there. Stop worrying.”
George took a deep breath and finally relented. “Okay, but if you encounter any danger, call for me. I'll be
keeping an eye on you.”
Milly smiled sweetly. “Got it.”
After reassuring George and sending him to the cockpit to help, Milly approached Stephanie, her expression cold.
“Speak quickly and get to the point.”
Stephanie looked at her with a sarcastic expression. “Ha, you're something else, aren't you? Flirting with any guy
you meet, daring to cheat on Mr. Tate.”
Milly raised an eyebrow. Cheat on Mr. Tate?
Her interaction with George had been quite intimate, and since George was wearing the mask of Charlie's face, it
did look suspicious.
Interesting.
“Yes, | like Charlie's body and Mr. Tate's face. What can you do about it? | enjoy having both.” Milly’s smile was
smug and provocatively taunting.
“You!” Stephanie fumed, her nostrils flaring. “Shameless!”
Milly rolled her eyes. “Stephanie, is that what you wanted to tell me?”

Stephanie took a deep breath, trying to calm her turbulent emotions.
No matter what, she couldn't abandon her plan.
“Of course not. Let's go over there. No one will be around.””
She pointed to the side of the yacht, an area usually meant for feeding seagulls and enjoying the view. There
were railings, but they were low, only reaching an adult's waist.
Stephanie walked over first, looking back and smiling. “Milly, con. Time's ticking. Or are you scared?”
Ha, another weak attempt at provocation.
Milly hesitated for a moment but decided to follow.
She wanted to see what tricks Stephanie had up her sleeve.
“Can you talk now?” Milly asked.
Stephanie smiled and looked out at the stormy sea, the wind whipping her face painfully, but she seemed oddly
pleased. After a moment, she spoke, “Milly, | actually admire you.”
Milly raised an eyebrow. This didn’t sound right.
Stephanie continued, “You've managed to turn the tables, bringing life back to a dead-end game. Everything you
have now should have been mine. The fame, the love, the status, even the admiration of the masses should
have been mine! Wasn't that how it was in the last life?
“Even with Burnett blood, you couldn't lift your head. You lived like a rat, barely scraping by. I, as an adopted
daughter, was showered with love from the brothers, dazzling everyone. In the end, | stood at the top of the
pyramid, with all of the Burnetts’ wealth and power. And you lay pitifully in a cold morgue!
“So, Milly, you stole my life. You're a thief!”
The more Stephanie spoke, the more agitated she became. Her face twisted with anger, veins bulging, her voice
sharp and hysterical. Her hatred was laid bare for the first time.
Milly almost laughed out loud in disbelief. Stephanie's ability to twist the truth was impressive. She had stolen
the original Milly's life and was now hysterically accusing Milly of wrongdoing.
Crossing her arms, Milly walked up to Stephanie and chuckled at her distorted face. “You're right, Stephanie. You
lost.
“You think you only lost this life? No, you lost both lives!”
Stephanie froze, clearly not understanding what Milly meant. ‘You were reborn too?”
How else could she talk so calmly about “both lives”? Most people would be shocked by such a statement.
Milly looked at her with a faint smile, her eyes cold and indifferent. “Reborn? | don’t know what you're talking
about. | was just playing along with your words. But that ‘too’ you mentioned is quite revealing. Did something...
unnatural happen to you?”
Stephanie sneered, cutting straight to the point. “Milly, do you think it's fun to play games with me?”
Milly smirked, sticking to her stance. “Sorry, | really don’t know what you're talking about. If there's nothing else,
I'm leaving. The waves are high, and the railing is low. It wouldn't be good to fall overboard.”
“Wait.”

Stephanie stopped her as she turned to leave. “Milly, it doesn’t matter whether you admit it or not because...
“For a dead person, it makes no difference how much they know.”
Milly raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean? Stephanie, are you saying you want to kill me?”
Stephanie took a step forward, her face full of hatred. “Kill? | don’t like that word. | just want to take back
everything that’s mine.
“If I could, | wouldn’t want to kill you. That would be too easy. | want to torture you slowly, make you wish for
death. Do you know there's a future drug that makes your internal organs feel like they're being eaten by ants,
but you can’t scratch or reach the pain? You'll be tied up, mouth gagged, unable to die even if you wanted to!
“And there’s another drug that, when injected into your spine, causes endless hallucinations. Sometimes you'll
think you're in a pit of snakes, sometimes in hell, sometimes in a dark torture chamber. You'll live in constant
fear because you won't know what's real and what's not.”
As she spoke, Stephanie's body trembled, either from excitement or fear...
Finally, she glared at Milly, her eyes bloodshot, looking like she wanted to tear her apart. “Milly, | want you to
experience every bit of pain I've gone through. No, a hundred times worse!”
Stephanie was completely lost in her own world, driven mad by her hatred. Milly took a cautious step back,
ensuring she kept a safe distance.
But...
If Stephanie had been reborn, shouldn't her previous life have been one of love and adoration? As the center of
attention, everyone fawned over her, loving her
unconditionally. So where did all this resentment cfrom?
