while Darryl headed to the secret chamber behind the temple. That was where Bonnie had

A few minutes later, Darryl reached the secret chamber where Yalena was detained. He
saw a few knights were guarding the secret room. After observing the scene, Darryl
whizzed toward the knights, raising his hand to jab their acupoints at lightning speed
without hesitation.

Darryl was very fast and those knights were no longer able to move before their reflexes
kicked in. Then, he hid the knights in the bush next to him before walking into the secret

The moment he entered the secret chamber, Darryl could not help take a deep breath
when he saw the scene in front of him. There was only a stone bed in the secret room. A
charming figure dressed in a white dress with beautiful curves and features was curled up
in the bed, looking pale and weak. Her hands were chained up as well and several
acupoints on her body were sealed.
It was Yalena.
Darryl felt pitiful to see Yalena in such a miserable condition.
"Yalena?" he called out softly.
Yalena shuddered when she heard someone calling her name, thinking that Bonnie had entered the room.
"Teacher?"
The next second, Yalena jolted when she realized the person was Darryl. Her brain buzzed with surprise.
Ever since Bonnie took away her position as the Goddess of Light, Yalena had been praying for Darryl to appear
