After buying juice, we realized that we had been strolling for ten minutes. We returned to the company.
The car stopped at the entrance of Grant Corporation's building. | unbuckled my seat belt and looked at Theo,
saying, "lI won't be going upstairs."
Theo nodded. "Are you going home?"
I smiled. "I'll go hand wait for Munchkin to get off school."
After saying that, | opened the car door and got out.
Theo walked to my car with me. After | got in, he leaned over at the window and said, "Remember to givea

He lowered his head to kiss my cheek. "Why don't you cupstairs withso we can go htogether after |
get off work?"
| stepped out of his embrace and fixed his tie, saying with a smile, "Who knows what tyou'll be
finishing work tonight? I'd better go hfirst."

After a pause, | cast my eyes down and whispered, " Take care.”
"Hmm?" Theo did not hearthat well.
| shook my head. "Nothing. I'm leaving. You should go upstairs."

| got home, packed up my luggage, and took a cab to the train station.
| initially planned to take a plane but eventually took a train as | would be able to admire the scenery along the
