Chapter 494 Really Looking Forward To It
In the afternoon the next day, Rosalie was eating lunch when she suddenly saw Miss Leigh Ann post the group list for
the activities in the message group, she clicked into it to see it.
The moment she clicked in, she saw her name at the top, and next to it was Byron's name.
Rosalie was stunned for a moment. She read it vertically again, then confirmed with Miss Leigh Ann. "Miss Leigh Ann,
should I be looking at the grouping list horizontally or vertically?"
If she were to read it horizontally, she would be in the same group as Byron.
Worrying about something increased the chances of it happening, but this still seemed too much of a coincidence.
Miss Leigh Ann quickly replied: [Miss Jacobs, it’s read sideways.]
Seeing Miss Leigh Ann's reply, Rosalie's expression froze on her face. Hoping that it was a fluke, she asked again:
[Can you change the groups?]
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtMiss Leigh Ann was coordinating the group changes for the other parents. When she saw Rosalie’s message, she
replied guiltily: [I’m sorry, the groupings have been set and can’t be changed. The list has already been handed over to
the principal too. If you want to change it now, you’ll have to look for the principal.]
Since the principal was the one who instructed her to put the two families together, Miss Leigh Ann would naturally
pass the blame to the principal and have him solve the issue since it had come up now.
Reading this, Rosalie frowned slightly. Her heart was filled with resistance.
Miss Leigh Ann sent another message again: [This grouping also takes into account Estelle's condition. Lucian and
Nox have the best relationship with Estelle in class. If we were to ask her to cooperate with other families for this event,
I'm afraid Estie might not be able to participate in it. I seek your understanding on this matter.]
At the mention of Estie, Rosalie’s heart softened.
Although she really did not want to be in the same group with them, Miss Leigh Ann's words were true, she could not
imagine the little girl being with other families.
After hesitating for a long time, Rosalie swiped the screen to thank Miss Leigh Ann. Deep down, however, she was
extremely depressed.
She had long known she would inevitably meet Byron and Estie when she participated in this event and had already
mentally prepared herself.
She did not expect that they would actually be put into the same group, however.
Rosalie lost all her appetite for a moment.
After haphazardly taking two bites of food, Rosalie turned off her phone before getting up to leave, she still hoped that it
was a fluke.
It was just a kindergarten stage play, anyway. It would be nothing more but those fairy tales for children. Her
interactions with Byron and his daughter would not be too intimate.
The boys had already returned when she came home that night. When Rosalie saw the boys, she could not help but
think of her having to work together with Byron on a stage play. The smile on her face became a little reluctant.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmThe boys obviously already knew about the groupings and were both excited and apprehensive.
They looked forward to being in the same group with Estie.
However, being in the same group with Estie meant that they had to be with Daddy.
The boys did not really want to face Byron. They also knew that their mommy did not want to interact with Byron much
either.
They were also afraid that if their mommy found out about the groupings, she would change her mind and not want to
participate in the anniversary celebration event.
Thinking of this, the boys kept their mouths shut and mentioned nothing about the anniversary celebration event.
The more Rosalie looked at them, the more she found it strange. She made a guess and asked, "Do you two also know
about the groupings?"
Hearing their mommy mention the matter about the grouping all of a sudden, the boys shuddered and looked at each
other nervously. Neither of them dared to answer.
After a long while, Nox asked cautiously, "Mommy, do you know about it too?"
Rosalie nodded noncommittally. "Miss Leigh Ann sent the list this afternoon."
