Damien knew Valentina's beauty was deadly enough to stun men, especially the young ones, and probably having her put on a veil over her face might reduce men's exaggerated reactions.
However, Damien felt that even if Valentina had a veil over her face, it would only make her beauty look more mystical. Besides, he didn't want to hide her face, at least in this continent.
He knew how she was looked down upon as disgusting and ugly by some of the people of this continent. Now he wanted to let them all know who the real ugly and disgusting ones are.
At least, now wherever she went, she always walked proudly with her head held high like a queen. No one would even dare to slight her even remotely and instead showed respect and admiration in their eyes to the point that some even revered her as they had never come upon such a powerful girl with the beauty of a goddess.
Damien paid for the clothes and the stuff he wanted and, along with Valentina, left the building, leaving behind a stunned staff member who couldn't believe the amount of Spirit Stones Damien had spent.
As he walked towards his villa, Damien asked Luna mentally, "Luna, even after being here for more than a month, why does it seem like the Xeton God isn't interested in me at all? I mean, by now, at least he should have wanted to meet me, right?"
Luna let out a weary sigh and said, "You can't comprehend how a god thinks. That God might have their own reasons, but what I am sure is that the Xeton God would surely be interested in you because no matter how weak or strong he is, detecting the presence of an Origin Seed, especially when I spread your Origin Seed's aura, would be easy to detect."
Damien asked in a thoughtful tone, "Well, are you still not able to detect where this Xeton God is residing?"
Luna replied, "I can't, especially if the Xeton God's aura is too weak and I am weak as well inside this Shard Of Essence, unable to spread my spiritual perception properly."
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtShe continued as her tone became playful, "Anyways, it seems like you are doing a lot of preparations for your first time tonight. As expected of a player like you."
Damien said in a straightforward tone, "Of course, I want to make it memorable for Valentina."
Luna let out an impish giggle, "Huhuhu...I wonder whether the you from three weeks ago would believe the words you just said. I still remember saying that you were a one-woman man and something similar to those lines anyway. I knew it wouldn't take much for you to fall into the harem path."
Damien dryly chuckled, "You don't have to rub it in. I just decided to ignore what my mind says and not to repeat past mistakes and leave behind regrets in my heart."
After a brief moment of silence, he continued, "Luna, you may be right."
"About what?"
"I don't know if I could continue to fool Reva. It just doesn't feel right with my heart. I badly want to know about the Xeton God from her, but if one day I had to break her heart and she was someone truly innocent, then I don't think I would be able to ignore it. She seems like a nice girl who had to weather unfortunate experiences. At least, that's what my gut is telling me. If she really were an enemy, I wouldn't have any qualms in doing what I am doing, but I can't know for sure," Damien said in a solemn tone.
Damien's cautious nature sometimes even made him question himself in situations like these. Unless he had absolute confidence, he would always be cautious about his choices unless he had to take a risk.
He continued, "I guess I will just continue what I am doing because I feel like I want to get closer to her. This feeling I only felt with Lily and Valentina. I want to know if this feeling means something."
Damien wanted to see if the feelings in his heart would be right for the third time as well.
Luna said in a fanciful tone, "I knew you would fall for her and add her to the harem as well. Some things are just preordained, like falling in love, and it's not something you can fight against but just accept it as if it's your fate. But what are you going to do to get the information you need?"
Damien said in a contemplative tone, "The Forsaken people had promised to tell me once they think that I am reliable or they feel enough trust to put their faith in me. And if Reva does reveal it on her own, I will just tell her the truth about why I approached her. Even if she gets angry or sad, I can take it, and also at the same time, I would also know if my instincts were right about her."
"Seems like you got it all figured out," Luna said in a casual tone.
Damien said dryly, "Nah. Things might not always go as planned."
Soon enough, it was night when Damien and Valentina reached their villa, and he said, "Valentina, put on the dress I had bought for you and come upstairs, to the balcony. You can also try on some makeup stuff I had taught you and take your own time before coming there. In fact, come only after half an hour."
Valentina nodded with a smile and gave a peck on his cheek before running off to her room excitedly, looking forward to the special dinner Damien was preparing for her.
Damien's lips arched into a soft smile, thinking about the preparations he was about to make.
After half an hour, in the huge open balcony, Damien was arranging cutleries on a small table just enough for two people to dine, which had a which was covered with a white cloth and a candlestick sitting upon it.
It was no different than a candlelight dinner Damien had prepared. There were string lights and paper lanterns from the trees and plants Damien had set up around the garden.
A warm glow permeated the whole balcony giving it a pleasant look. There were beautiful flowers on the table, which looked classic enough with petals scattered around.

Of course, Damien didn't forget to buy the finest wine and place it on the table as well.
Now, if one gazed at the balcony, which had a scenic view of the outside with the mesmerizing waterfall glimmering under the moonlight, they would certainly feel that this place really had a certain exotic romantic vibe, perfect enough for a couple to have dinner. And memorable enough for them to remember it for their entire lifetime.
Just as Damien was making sure everything looked perfect, his lips arched into a smile as he heard the soft steps of a certain someone behind him.
He turned around and his mouth partially opened as he was entranced by the ravishing and breathtaking beauty before him.
Her slender waist, whistling down from her bust, as smoothly as the water from a waterfall, the bends of her hips, so tantalizing that one would feel as if it has been carved out by the creator who sculpted out of care.
The bends of her hips and the fullness of her perfectly sized bosom, reminiscent of the idea of perfection. As she was cutely adjusting her hair, with those long slender arms, her cleavage and bare shoulders naked for him to view, her scarlet dress which emphasized her curves so holistically, that the curves of her body became prominent by the scarlet color which complemented the lucid milk-based color of her skin.
The glistening skin and the color of milk, almost that of snow, infused with a hint of blush, strikingly balancing the redness of her dress, was enough to give heartaches to even mortals and immortals, let alone Damien's as it surely made his heart skip a few beats.
There was barely any makeup except a cherry-colored lipstick which only made her velvety lips seem even more alluring.
In all, coupled with her radiant ruby red eyes and neatly styled exquisite rosy pink hair, her beauty seemed illusory and otherworldly to the point that he wondered if he was dreaming.
Valentina gave a resplendent smile as she saw how Damien even stopped his breath, bewitched by her beauty. She also saw how beautiful the balcony now seemed, especially after Damien arranging and preparing things.
"Big Brother, how do I look?" She asked expectantly, making Damien come out of his reverie.
He walked closer towards her, looked into her hypnotizing eyes, and said in a captivating tone as he caressed her cheeks, "As beautiful as a dream."
