Read Go Away, I’m a Billionairess Now By Evie Cole Chapter 49 – A Jerk’s Friends Are All Jerks
When she heard Chaim call her, Samara paused in her steps and turned to look at him. “Mr. Humphrey,
what’s the matter?”
She raised her eyebrows and looked at him coldly.
Chaim paused for a moment. “Roland chased you because of me. Look out for yourself.”
How ironic!
Samara smiled, “Thank you for your reminder. But…”
As she spoke, Samara withdrew the smile on her face and looked at him coldly. “We have already
divorced. What right do you have to say this?”
After she finished speaking, she left without looking back.
Jimena saw Samara walk out of the corridor and heaved a slight sigh of relief. “Ms. Novak, are you
feeling unwell?”
Samara shook her head. “Has the car arrived?”
“Yes, it’s at the door.”
Samara responded and did not want to say more. “Let’s go.”
Was Samara feeling unwell?
A little.

Chaim’s words had ruined Samara’s good mood. If not for Gisselle calling, Samara didn’t know how long
she would have to soak in the bathtub.
When she heard her phone ringing, Samara came to her senses. She got up, wiped her body, put on her
pajamas, and
went out.
Chaim was not worth her sorrow.
Samara took the phone that kept ringing and put Gisselle on speakerphone. While holding the phone,
Samara went downstairs to get some milk. “What’s up?”
“Samara, do you want to have fun on Saturday?”
Samara laughed, “Where do you want to go?”
“Racecourse. I haven’t had a ride for a long time!”
Samara thought about it and agreed, “Alright.”
“Then I will come to pick you up at nine o’clock tomorrow morning!”
“Got it. Have a rest early.”
Isn’t Gisselle worried about her hair while staying up late every day?
After hanging up the pltone, Samara drank a glass of milk and went back to her room to sleep.
The next day, Gisselle drove over around eight o’clock.
It rained yesterday, but the weather was good today.
Samara was looking out the window when Gisselle suddenly called out to her, “Samara, what did you
say to Roland that night?”
Samara raised her eyebrows. “What?”
Gisselle snorted. She took her phone and turned to Twitter. “Take a look at yourself.”
Roland’s Tweets were displayed on the phone, and his last Tweet stopped at “The 16th day of chasing
Samara“.
“He gave up just like that?”
Gisselle scoffed, “He really is a jerk!”
Samara suddenly thought of Roland’s words that day. She raised an eyebrow and sneered, “Yes, a
scumbag.”
His tricks might work on young ladies, but not her.
The green light lit up, and Samara pointed to the front. “It’s the green light.”
Gisselle wanted to ask more questions, but she could only give up.
When they arrived at the racecourse, it was already half past nine. It was Saturday, so there were many
people.
Samara had not ridden a horse for a long time. After riding a round, she was in a good mood.
But when she came back, she didn’t see Gisselle. Samara got off the horse and wanted to find water to
drink. Suddenly, she heard someone call out to her, “Samara.”
Samara tilted her head and looked over. It was Victor, who was riding a horse over.

“It is you. What a coincidence. You know how to ride a horse too?”
Victor rode on a claret horse. If not for the fact that he was annoying, he would still be quite pleasing to
the eye.
Samara glanced at him and replied indifferently, “No.”
Victor felt that he was fooled. “If you don’t know how to ride a horse, why are you here?”
“Can’t I walk the horse?”
Victor was speechless.
At this time, Gisselle came back. When she saw Victor, her expression immediately became cold. “How
come we can
meet you everywhere!”
Victor said, “Did I make you unhappy when you met me?”
“Of course, the jerk’s friends are all jerks.”
Just as Gisselle finished speaking, the jerk rode a white horse over.
Although Chaim was a jerk, he was quite pleasing to the eye when he was riding a white horse.
Gisselle subconsciously looked at Samara. Samara raised her hand and threw the horse rope at her,
saying, “I’m going to drink water.”
After saying that, she walked to the break room.
