Lena was unable to see Jeff's face clearly. She felt highly uncomfortable under his leering gaze. She coldly
repeated her command to surrender.
“Heh. Colonel Bailey, I've heard a lot about you,” Jeff sneered as he showed no intention of surrendering.
Lena frowned and aimed a warning shot at Jeff's leg to show how serious she was.
Anticipating her move, Jeff quickly used Peggy as a shield by pressing a sharp scalpel to her throat.
Lena’s eyes widened in shock as she realized Jeff's agility matched hers.
She thought that the situation was going downhill.
“Heh,” Jeff taunted.
