Chapter 2585
Once he was in front of Leon, Roman fell on his knees.
"Mister Wolf, I'm sorry. I was wrong for accusing you of something you didn't do. I apologize. At the
same time, I would like to thank you for saving my grandson. We won't forget what you've done for us,"
he said sincerely.
Leon was kind enough to treat Jaxon, yet they kept attacking Leon and attempted to kill him over false
belief.
Thankfully, Leon was formidable and managed to fend them off, or he would have been killed by now.

well.
Thinking back to it, Roman felt chills down his spine.
It was Leon's kindness and tireless effort that saved Jaxon. To express his guilt and gratitude, he let go
of his pride and kneels to seek Leon's forgiveness.
"That's not necessary! Just don't keep accusing me of murder. I don't need your apology!" Leon scoffed
and walked away with a dark expression.
He was still human with feelings.
Before he treated Jaxon, he explained to the Peaks multiple times that he was not the culprit, yet the
Peaks refused to listen and attacked him time and time again.
On top of that, they even called upon the Dragon Guards to eliminate him.
This was extremely out of line.
If Leon was not so formidable and was lucky enough to come across Fletcher, he would have been
killed.
He was furious about it and could not quite let it go for the moment.
"Mister Wolf, I'm sorry. It's our fault," Roman said guiltily.
He knew that he and the others were too foolish. Not only did they wrongfully accuse Leon, but they
also almost got him killed.

Recalling something, he turned his sharp gaze to Romeo and roared, "Romeo, what are you doing
there? It's because of all the things you said that almost got Mister Wolf and Jaxon killed. Come over
here and seek his forgiveness."
"But," Romeo opened his mouth and found himself rendered speechless.
He knew that Roman was right and he was mostly responsible for how the situation escalated.
At the very beginning, Roman was rather composed and held a neutral stance to what Leon said.
It was Romeo who snapped and lost his mind over the death of his son. This led him to attack Leon
and the situation escalated from that point onward, almost getting Leon and Jaxon killed in the process.
He could not deny his part in the outcome.
