Once he was able to talk his family into staying inside the temple, Austin was planning on setting out towards the Western

Kingdom.

"Austin, | just got sworrying news from my sources. They tellthat a team of people from the Court of the Western

Kingdom have entered the Hiding Area on the border of our country. Our spy told us that the party consisted of about five hundred

members and each of them was constantly emitting a golden glow. Even from a distance, he could see that they are strong."

The Snow-treading Old Man arrived and informed Austin just as the latter was about to start his journey.

Recently, the Brilliant Kingdom had sent a team of scouts to keep an eye on the Court of the Western Kingdom. This was

done in anticipation of a potential attack.

The sect leaders and clan chiefs of the Brilliant Kingdom had a hunch that the Court might send an army to attack them

since they had destroyed the Divine Moon Sect.

In the terms of war, this was practically the first blow. The battle between the martial artists of the Brilliant Kingdom and the

Western Kingdom had now officially begun.

"Huh! Those Court people are pretty arrogant indeed. | thought they would wait at least a bit before coming to find us first.

But never mind. Now that they are here, let's give them a welcome!"

Austin said with a dismissive sneer on his lips.

He brought out the Space Ship, and with a slight wave of his hand, he released a wave of vital energy force that got all his men

into the ship instantly.

Then, the Space Ship shook slightly and turned into a beam of silver light. It then rushed off towards the Hiding Area at a fast

speed.

Except for Austin, everyone on the ship seemed excited and surprised, more for the ship than for the fight, though.

As cultivators on a declining Earth, they had seldom feasted their eyes on flying magic treasures, and the Space Ship was of

particularly high grade.

And with their current strength levels, they couldn't even figure out the speed of the Space Ship.

What they did know was that ten minutes later, the vessel was floating right above the Hiding Area.

Austin released his spiritual sense and very soon found a team of exactly five hundred people.

'The information from the spy is correct. These people do exude a sacred aura, and their armors are glowing like the sun, ' Austin

analyzed inwardly as he observed the horde.

There were swomen in the opponent's team as well. Each man was more dashing and handsthan the other, and each

woman was equally beautiful. Each of them wore a golden armor.

These were elite soldiers of the Court. Each of them had fought on the Court's side in several hard battles and made

great contributions.

After landing, Austin put away the Space Ship, and then, he and his team reached the elite soldiers of the Court in just a few

steps, blocking their way.

The mountain god Hogan, the Snow-treading Old Man, and the other cultivators also lined up behind Austin.

"Hey! It's Austin Lin!

He is that infidel we are after," a soldier of the Court exclaimed as he recognized Austin on first sight.

Upon hearing that, the soldier's companions closed in on Austin in case he decided to make a run for it.

"You've hurt the people of our Court more than once. Today we bring your doom to you!

We'll only give you one chance to surrender and follow us to our place. Your punishment is certain," one of the leaders called out.

More than ten members of the Court seemed to be enforcing his point. They waved their swords at Austin.

As they did that, the sword radiances soared into the sky. One could clearly see that these attackers were excellent swordsmen. At

the stime, the murderous look on their faces clearly said that they weren't going to leave their enemy alive.

"Master, | will get them.

I'd like to see whether our sword skills are better than theirs!" Yulia said to Austin.

She had stepped forward and was itching to make a move.

"Okay," Austin agreed with a nod.

'If Yulia ends up in any danger, | can just cto her rescue, ' he decided.

Yulia was overjoyed after getting his permission. She pulled out her sword, and activated a formula as she dashed forward towards

the enemy.

She had mastered the sword skills of the Emerald Sect. Moreover, Austin had given her several useful pieces of advice about

swordsmanship. After that, she had made great progress in the area.

Meanwhile, the soldiers from the Court were roaring as they wielded their swords towards her.

Yulia suddenly turned into a blur and began to shift through her enemies. Thanks to her brilliant bodily movement skill, it was hard

for anyone to capture her movement. She waved her sword and the light seemed to beca blur.

The next second, a solider of the Court fell down with his head detached from his torso.

And then, another soldier was cut in half.

Austin commented inwardly as he observed his disciple's moves.

Within a fraction of a minute, Yulia had beheaded several enemies.

And then, as she stopped moving, every single soldier who had been trying to take Austin's life was dead. Their dead bodies were

now scattered here and there.

Only Yulia was left standing in the battlefield with her now crimson sword in her hand. Her dress was fluttering in the wind. It was

hard to believe that a girl who looked as enchanting and harmless as her had just taken down so many people on her own.

The rest of the soldiers from the Court were dumbfounded since they could not believe what they were seeing with their own

eyes.

After receiving the order to take down Austin, they had chere in high spirits with plans to take Austin alive and bring him back.

That way, they could impress their superiors.

Neither of them had seen this coming. Their comrades had died just like that at the hands of a girl who was Austin's disciple.

"Lethandle her!"

a tall, well-built man with golden hair shouted in a furious voice as he took a step forward.

He took off a golden token that was hanging on his chest, and the token began to emit a glow.

"Almighty gods, please givestrength!"

the golden-haired man murmured as he raised the glowing token.

"Unleash the lightning and hit this infidel from the Brilliant Kingdom!"

the golden-haired man shouted.

Just as the words left his lips, a dozen bolts of golden colored lightning fell down from the sky towards Yulia.

Austin was a little surprised at this scene. He hadn't expected that the Court cultivators had managed to master such secret

skills which enabled them to take advantage of the powers of nature.

The golden-haired man was not fighting with his own strength. He was merely utilizing the power of lightning.

Yulia raised her eyebrows at this sight. However, she did not want to act like a coward in front of her master. Therefore, she

mustered up all the courage she had and unleashed all of her sword-light to withstand the lightning bolts.

Clung! Clung! Clung!

The golden lightning struck the long sword in her hand.

The girl was forced to step back.

Knowing that she could not hold on any longer, Austin suddenly moved forward and stood in front of her in the blink of an eye. He

then released a soft vital energy force and directed it at her shoulder.

Yulia floated back against her will and stopped somewhere far from the battlefield.

Austin then walked up to the golden-haired man step by step, as casually as if he were just playing a friendly gof catch.

"Austin, finally. Ready to accept the punishment from our gods?" the golden-haired man snarled.

He then raised his golden token again and recited the schant to summon more lightning.

Within a few seconds, several dozen bolts of golden thunder cat Austin.

"Little tricks! You are only making a fool of yourself!" Austin said with a disdainful sneer.

To everyone's astonishment, he opened his mouth and devoured all the thunderbolts.

"What the hell! "

The soldiers of the Court were stunned at this scene.

'The thunderbolts possess destructive powers. How can a mortal just eat it like that?’ they thought in utter shock.

These poor cultivators had no idea just how many times Austin had experienced the Thunderstroke doom when he had reached the

Golden Immortal Realm all the way from the Energy Gathering Realm.

There was no way that he could be made scared of a few thunderbolts the golden-haired man had summoned.

Austin would not get hurt even if he stood still and allowed the thunderbolts to hit him.

"You should also try the power of lightning," Austin said with a vicious smile.

He then opened his mouth and spat out all the thunderbolts he had just devoured. The lightning rushed towards the golden-haired

man.

Unable to avoid the rush of electricity, the man turned into a black corpse on the spot, and more than ten members of the

Court standing close to him were severely injured.

"The Court wanted to captureby sending you weaklings here? Looks like your superiors give you too much credit," Austin

sneered.

He took a step forward, and employed the Divine Fist Skill before delivering a punch at the remaining soldiers of the Court.

Before it struck, his fist enlarged and emitted an immense amount of energy that roared forward.

Hit by this overwhelming force, the soldiers of the Court exploded on the spot and their blood and flesh was splashed

around.

Tseemed to freeze at that moment. Austin had just terminated a few hundred excellent soldiers from the Court with a

single strike.

Even the martial artists from the Brilliant Kingdom who followed Austin here were a bit shaken up.

Austin then calmly took out the Space Ship and got into it with those martial artists. The vessel flew calmly across the border of the

Brilliant Kingdom and headed towards the Western Kingdom.
