On her journey to escape to Mount Everest, Lilly swallowed several pills. However, she soon discovered that nothing could heal her body and mind better than a proper meal.
Gradually, her strength returned, but she noticed that her purple elixir field was different from others. While others may have made significant progress by taking so many pills, she felt that these pills had little effect on her. It was as if the pills were completely absorbed by the purple, golden substance within her purple elixir field, leaving nothing for her.

However, she now realized that her dream was shattered. She had to rely on her own efforts. It seemed that there were no shortcuts available.
Despite ingesting numerous pills, she noticed no substantial effect. While her injuries showed some improvement, her purple elixir field showed no signs of progress, and her spirit energy remained depleted.
"Why is this happening..." Lilly was puzzled. "Why did my spirit energy deplete so quickly this time..." The Earth Goddess looked at her and suggested, "Try looking outside.” Lilly instinctively gazed at the cave entrance and remarked, "What's unusual outside? | don't see anything remarkable." The Earth Goddess inquired, "What did you see?" Lilly explained, "I saw trees and a few flowers on the barren ground, but nothing else." This mountain hollow appeared desolate, devoid of any ghost beasts or eerie fog. In contrast to the broader environment of Mount Everest, this place felt remarkably empty.
The Earth Goddess casually remarked, "This cave is within my domain. Outsiders passing by won't notice it, and you can't see the external scenery through your eyes." For some reason, whether it was because she was satiated or something else, the Earth Goddess spoke more freely. Her voice remained hoarse, but in every other aspect, she resembled an ordinary person.
Lilly said, "That can't be. | saw it." She turned her gaze toward the Earth Goddess and pointed outside, saying, "The leaves of that tree are purple, and there's a hollow under the roots." How could the Earth Goddess say that Lilly couldn't see outside? The Earth Goddess fixed her gaze on Lilly and instructed, "Don't turn around, just keep looking." Lilly wondered how she could see without turning around, but then something astonishing happened. As she thought about looking outside, the outdoor scene appeared in her mind as if it were a movie. She was bewildered and exclaimed, "What... what is this?" The Earth Goddess explained, "This is spirit power." When the Earth Goddess realized that Lilly had reached a state of spiritual enlightenment, she understood that this young girl possessed a rare gift, one that only Emperor Eastmount had. None of the other four Emperors had this capability. It seemed that the daughter of Emperor Prosper was truly exceptional.
Lilly inquired, "What is spirit power..." She concentrated and thought, "Let's see what's outside." The outside world materialized in her mind, mirroring what she would observe with her eyes. She was fascinated, as if she had stumbled upon uncharted territory and desired to explore further. Her consciousness extended throughout the entire cave, and the scenes inside the cave unfolded before her eyes.

The cave had an inner and outer layer, like a room with a living area and a bedroom. This was the "hall," while the bedroom was situated behind it. Inside the bedroom, a stone bed was visible, presumably where the Earth Goddess rested. However, when she opened her physical eyes, none of this was perceptible, only a basic cave with a few stones.
Lilly touched her forehead and exclaimed in astonishment, "I have eyes on my forehead!" She remembered that in the Human Realm, when people accidentally bumped into each other, they would be reprimanded with, "Did your eyes sprout on your head?" She hadn't anticipated that she would actually have eyes on her forehead. Or rather, eyes above her head. She quickly reached for her head but sensed nothing out of the ordinary.
The Earth Goddess raised an eyebrow and clarified, "Everyone possesses spirit power. The resilience and endurance that people often talk about are all manifestations of spirit power!" Some individuals can persist and achieve success, while others may struggle. Some might lack energy initially but can build endurance and resilience through training, demonstrating the existence of spirit power that can be cultivated.
She continued, "For instance, certain people possess an unexplainable sixth sense, intuition, and heightened perception, which can be seen as a manifestation of spirit power. Spiritual consciousness represents the highest level of spirit power, an advanced form of perception and intuition.” Lilly paused in thought and inquired, "Is it like the antagonist in "The Lord of the Rings’ who can manipulate others with their mind?" The Earth Goddess, unfamiliar with "The Lord of the Rings," furrowed her brow and asked, "What do you mean?" Lilly shook her head, saying, "Never mind." After all, she had grasped the concept. "So, this is spiritual consciousness! | actually have some theoretical knowledge about it!" The Earth Goddess suddenly grew intrigued and asked eagerly, "Do you possess any related cultivation techniques?" After all, spirit power was exceedingly mysterious. Among the five, including Emperor Prosper and herself, only Emperor Eastmount had understood spiritual consciousness and used it effectively. Emperor Eastmount had mentioned that there was no established method of cultivation, and unfortunately, they hadn't been able to make progress.
Now, Lilly claimed to have theoretical knowledge, suggesting that she might have access to rare books.
Suddenly, Lilly raised a finger confidently and said, "Of course! My mother's bookshelf is filled with fantasy s!" The Earth Goddess was rendered speechless and wondered what kind of theoretical foundation that was!
