Mandy truly worried that if Bradley insisted on her being the butler, she might consider poisoning him, causing
partial paralysis, and inheriting the entire Warner Group’s wealth.
“Bradley, we’re having oriental cuisine for dinner tonight. Is that okay?” she asked.
“Sure.”
Bradley headed upstairs, changed his clothes, and returned.
Despite knowing that Bradley was her enemy, Mandy couldn’t help but be captivated by his handsome and
charismatic appearance. He was incredibly good-looking, briefly entrancing her before she regained her senses.
They both sat down at the dining table and began their dinner.
Bradley put down his utensils and spoke coldly. “Join me at the courthouse tomorrow morning.”

“You’ll find out tomorrow.”
Bradley left Mandy alone and went to his bedroom. He checked the legal department’s messages on his phone,
which irritated him immensely.
Restlessly pacing back and forth, he eventually entered his study. There, he took out a DVD from a cabinet and
inserted it into the player. Soon, a video played, showing his and Esther’s wedding from years ago. Thomas was still
around then, standing beside Esther with a joyful expression.
In the video, Esther appeared shy but happy, her eyes shining brightly.
Bradley tapped his knee gently with his fingers and thought, ‘Esther! You were the one who insisted on marrying me
at first, crying and pestering me!
‘Now, you’re resolute in wanting a divorce. Look clearly, I can have anyone!’
“Bradley.” Mandy knocked on the study’s door gently.
“Come in.”
Mandy entered the room, placing a pretty fruit platter in front of him. She couldn’t help but glance at the video,
observing her past self as Liliane. She felt as if she had traveled through time.
“Bradley, who’s the bridesmaid standing next to the bride in the video?” Mandy asked, pretending not to know.
Bradley raised an eyebrow and replied coldly, “A deceased person.”
Mandy smiled mockingly inwardly. ‘A deceased person? Bradley, don’t forget, I met my demise because of you!’
“Bradley, are you planning to divorce Esther tomorrow?” she asked.
Feigning compassion, Mandy advised, “I can tell you have feelings for her. The reason you agreed to marry me was

Bradley told her curtly, “Remember, you’re my fiancee.”
Mandy stayed silent.
‘Fiancee? Don’t think I don’t know you’re just using me!’ she grumbled inwardly.
Bradley turned off the screen and looked at Mandy condescendingly. “Do your part, and don’t ask what you
shouldn’t be asking!”
“Bradley, you love Esther. You’ll regret divorcing her,” Mandy kindly advised.
Bradley smirked derisively and laughed. “To divorce or not is not up to her! Understand?”
Thinking about the crystal coffin in the underground chamber on the island and X’s instructions, Mandy continued to
play her role as a kind and gentle angel. “Bradley, have you ever heard that it’s a relentless pursuit to win back
one’s spouse?”
