Chapter 393
“Mommy, I’ll always be with you,” Felix said as he stepped forward and hugged Esther tightly.
Sunshine joined in, embracing Esther with affection. “Mommy, I’ll forever and ever be on your side.”
Esther’s wounded heart, still hurting from Bradley’s actions, was instantly healed by the innocent words
of her two cuties, Felix and Sunshine.
Esther crouched down and hugged Felix and Sunshine, expressing her gratitude, “Thank you, my
babies.”

“Mommy, you’re our big baby,” they said in unison.
Esther’s teary eyes turned into twinkling stars. Holding their hands, she asked, “The big baby’s going to
work now. Do you want to keep the big baby company?”
“Yes!” they replied.
Esther sat at the work table that Anna had prepared for her while Felix and Sunshine took their
sketchbooks and pencils to sit beside her.
The three of them sat together at the work table by the window, working diligently.
There was a bouquet of lavender in the vase on the work table. A gentle breeze blew in through the
window, bringing the faint fragrance of the flowers.
Esther put the divorce lawsuit behind her and focused on her work. She had to support her children
after divorcing Bradley. She had to work hard, earn money, and provide a good living environment for
her children.
Time passed quickly, and before long, the maid knocked on the door to inform them that lunch was
ready.
Although Esther wasn’t hungry, she knew Felix and Sunshine needed to eat regularly.

During lunchtime, Anna managed to steal some time to return from the company.
She had been worried that Esther would be upset after seeing the rumors and insults on the Internet.
As such, she had asked Felix and Sunshine not to let her see her phone.
“Anna!” the kids called out.
After exchanging greetings with the children, Anna sat across from Esther.
“Esther, the maid told me you were drawing in the studio this morning. How was it? Did you have
inspiration?”
“Yeah.”
Perhaps because her love life was difficult, Esther was inspired as soon as she sat down at the work
table. She had drawn ten sketches in just over an hour, completing one almost every six
to seven minutes.
